Unfortunately I have phoned America… Unfortunately I have phoned America from New Zealand 4 times now to try and contact the person who contacted me once. None of the phone numbers given in message or on websites work. All I want is one of my many emails replied too.

There is no live customer service they only tricks your deposit From the time I paid the deposit, I tried to call numerous times regarding how to pay the remaining balance, all calls failed, just like all emails, and all online requests were not answered. It's suspicious that a site that is constantly updated with the latest cruise information doesn't have any live customer service. I am extremely worried about the feasibility of my family's cruise vacation.

Our agent, Hope Cooper, is superb to work with and very pleasant to talk too and goes extra mile to get what you want. Never worry about reservations as I know she has our back!
