AUThere is no live customer service they only tricks your deposit From the time I paid the deposit, I tried to call numerous times regarding how to pay the remaining balance, all calls failed, just like all emails, and all online requests were not answered. It's suspicious that a site that is constantly updated with the latest cruise information doesn't have any live customer service. I am extremely worried about the feasibility of my family's cruise vacation.

GBKathy Sussman is very good Kathy Sussman is very good, but CruiseCheap wont give us a bottle of wine for the cabin even tho we are excellent repeat customers. The company is certainly behaving cheaply.

GBCruiseCheap gets my vote! I have been dealing with CruiseCheap for years. Working with them gives you the benefit of a dedicated agent who has back -up support from a national system. My personal agent knows my preferences, but when not available there is always someone else who can provide support when needed. Over the years I have dealt principally with two agents. Both have been prompt, friendly and professional. I enjoy doing a good deal of my own travel research and arrangements and the Cruise Cheap agents are always supportive of my efforts, willing to compare notes and pick up where I leave off to complete our travel plans. I am usually a "shop local" kind of person, but CruiseCheap affords so much convenience that they are hard to beat! And don't let the name fool you - they can arrange travel across the full spectrum of cost and value.

GBCruise to Eastern Caribbean First I corresponded by text message until I had adequate information to discuss with my husband and then I called and spoke to a representative and decided to book a cruise to the eastern Caribbean in January. I wasn’t pressured at all. My questions were answered and the agent was informed and helpful. Thank you!
