Horrible Service overall!!! Very unprofessional, lack of courtesy and disorganized system. This is the worst service I have received. This company send me wrong roll call info and failed to emailed me correct one. Their system had an error which they comfirmed by sending out an email. I never received my correct roll call after I already did Stage I and II correctly. They would not get me on the cruise even though it was an error on their part. I am talking to other customers that have the same issue with cruisemiles...

theft I have 34 million cruisemiles and my Mother 22.5 million cruisemiles where is our money, where is our cruisemiles, where is our cruises, and where is your correspondence to your customers. NOTHING.... THE COMPANY AND ITS EBAY SELLERS ARE ROBBERS

Two great bargain cruises, and one to come soon! We have taken two cruises using cruisemiles.com. Both have been perfect. The first was a beautiful Mexican Riviera cruise on Norwegian Star and the second was a Western Caribbean cruise on the amazing Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. And both were total bargains, and we have another one booked from New Orleans in February. Now I just need to find our fourth!

Most exciting Cruise Site I've Ever Used It was over two years ago when I first stumbled across Cruisemiles.com and it was with great trepidation we purchased our first voucher. Two years on we have enjoyed two cruises through Cruisemiles, have two others booked and I can't speak highly enough of them. The range of cruises are excellent, extremely affordable and the service has been fast, professional and friendly. Before you book with anyone else make sure you check out Cruisemiles first - the savings are substantial!

Rubbish customer service, but cruises are good I have been on 2 cruises now with Cruise Miles over the past 2 years and up to now I have not been able to fault them or Cruisemiles, but this time round it has been horrendous, they will not reply to emails, and if they do, the answers are vague and unhelpful. Cruisers are still waiting for their cruise documents to be issued with less than 3 weeks to go before sailing, leaving little or no time to book reasonable flights & hotels and make other arrangements....Not sure what is going on with them but they are going down hill fast, and will definately need to get their act together if they want to win more awards this year and carry on living the dream.
