SO EXCITED! We had purchased some cruisemiles at an unbelievably low price and since then have also joined with Trialpay who rewarded us with 5000 more free miles. We couldn't wait to spend them but are glad that we did as now we have just been offered even more freebie miles just as a generous christmas bonus from Cruisemiles and this will make our cruise that little bit better again. Richard came thru for us Very happy to say that today we got booking confirmation for the Carnival Miracle sailing Sept 17. Although we still have cancelled cruises this booking has elevated our hopes for the future and is proof cruisemiles and Richard are trying to sort out the problems and move forward, as oromised. Today we are very happy to report things are looking up with cruisemiles. We hope others share in our good luck.

avoid falling into this trap We have managed to get a couple of cruise with this company but they are displaying serious signs of failure. We were roll called for a cruise we booked in 2011 in early 2013, this should have meant our guarantee of the cruise. NO we booked all travel only to be told theccruise was cancelled. it cost us over 3000 to put us on the cruise with another agency. Now we have been cancelled for a cruise due to sail in nov 13 which we paid for with miles. effectively the company has taken my money cancelled my cruise and given no explanation yet continue to auction miles and offer cruises. Do not be drawn by cheap cruises got somewhere with good reputation as this company has definatley lost its reputation I have definately lost thousands of dollars
