GBHorrible Service overall!!! Very unprofessional, lack of courtesy and disorganized system. This is the worst service I have received. This company send me wrong roll call info and failed to emailed me correct one. Their system had an error which they comfirmed by sending out an email. I never received my correct roll call after I already did Stage I and II correctly. They would not get me on the cruise even though it was an error on their part. I am talking to other customers that have the same issue with cruisemiles...

GBTwo great bargain cruises, and one to come soon! We have taken two cruises using cruisemiles.com. Both have been perfect. The first was a beautiful Mexican Riviera cruise on Norwegian Star and the second was a Western Caribbean cruise on the amazing Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. And both were total bargains, and we have another one booked from New Orleans in February. Now I just need to find our fourth!

AUCruise of a Lifetime - Simply the Best Our Cruise with Cruisemiles was our once in a lifetime holiday. We planned ahead and Cruisemiles made it all happen. Simple to book, the lead up to our sailing date was exhilerating - just so exciting. We were alotted our cabin on our Girl - " Rhapsody of the Seas". We travelled through the Hawaiian Islands and onto Vancouver, Canada. The whole experience from boarding the ship to sailing away was easy and overwhelmingly awesome. Cruiemiles surprised us to no end ; by placing some onboard Credit into our Ship account. What can l say !!! To anyone out there use Cruisemiles; ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. We will with no hesitation be using Cruiemiles in the next couple of years. Simply the Best.

NZavoid falling into this trap We have managed to get a couple of cruise with this company but they are displaying serious signs of failure. We were roll called for a cruise we booked in 2011 in early 2013, this should have meant our guarantee of the cruise. NO we booked all travel only to be told theccruise was cancelled. it cost us over 3000 to put us on the cruise with another agency. Now we have been cancelled for a cruise due to sail in nov 13 which we paid for with miles. effectively the company has taken my money cancelled my cruise and given no explanation yet continue to auction miles and offer cruises. Do not be drawn by cheap cruises got somewhere with good reputation as this company has definatley lost its reputation I have definately lost thousands of dollars
