Two great bargain cruises, and one to come soon! We have taken two cruises using cruisemiles.com. Both have been perfect. The first was a beautiful Mexican Riviera cruise on Norwegian Star and the second was a Western Caribbean cruise on the amazing Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. And both were total bargains, and we have another one booked from New Orleans in February. Now I just need to find our fourth!

ABSOLUTE FRAUD I've been with the company over 5 years after purchasing two vouchers on Ebay (totally over $600) the advertised cruises were valued at over 2,200GBP. I have not had one single successful cruise with them as they cancel the cruises before you can travel on them. They offered me one, one week before it was sailing, (only cos I had threated a lawsuit) but I was unable to sail at such short notice). THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM GOING. You don't get your money back, you get more miles as compensation. The vouchers, which we paid a lot of money for on ebay, became useless, and cruises have gone up from 30,000 miles to over 30,000,000 miles - WE HAVE ALL PAID FOR RICHARD'S NEW RESTAURANT: THE Rare Cow... 11 Chequers Road | Writtle, Chelmsford CM1 3Ng, England +(44)0124542039 - BIG FAT FRAUD, LET'S CATCH HIM OUT AND GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM .

7 cancelled cruises! How things have changed Have just seen the cruise we were leaving to join next week has been deleted from my account. I have been desperately trying to get information on the status of this cruise which had been confirmed and roll checked for weeks after the other five cruises we had booked, one b2b with this one and four for 2014 were all deleted also - CANCELLED. Add this to another cancelled in April this year and the situation is more than grim. I wrote a positive 5 star review for this company last year - little did I know how quickly things could or would change. I so wanted CM to survive and have been so disillusioned by the total lack of customer response these past months. I would have preferred to post this on Cruisemiles forum but unfortunately while I can see my account I seem to be blocked from the forum!!!

avoid falling into this trap We have managed to get a couple of cruise with this company but they are displaying serious signs of failure. We were roll called for a cruise we booked in 2011 in early 2013, this should have meant our guarantee of the cruise. NO we booked all travel only to be told theccruise was cancelled. it cost us over 3000 to put us on the cruise with another agency. Now we have been cancelled for a cruise due to sail in nov 13 which we paid for with miles. effectively the company has taken my money cancelled my cruise and given no explanation yet continue to auction miles and offer cruises. Do not be drawn by cheap cruises got somewhere with good reputation as this company has definatley lost its reputation I have definately lost thousands of dollars

Rubbish customer service, but cruises are good I have been on 2 cruises now with Cruise Miles over the past 2 years and up to now I have not been able to fault them or Cruisemiles, but this time round it has been horrendous, they will not reply to emails, and if they do, the answers are vague and unhelpful. Cruisers are still waiting for their cruise documents to be issued with less than 3 weeks to go before sailing, leaving little or no time to book reasonable flights & hotels and make other arrangements....Not sure what is going on with them but they are going down hill fast, and will definately need to get their act together if they want to win more awards this year and carry on living the dream.
