I feel cheated I booked a trip from Charlotte, NC to Venice, Italy which was confirmed and paid for. On the basis of that I booked a flight on a different outbound flight and same return flight for my wife, which was confirmed and paid for. One hour later I got an update saying that the price of my flight was increased by $120. I called 1800FlyEurope and was told that my options were to accept or cancel. How can you gazump a flight that was Confirmed by e-mail within an hour ?

Usually a bit cheaper than others Better deals. Still, the super cheap deals they do advertising with are not be found. I wish they would offer the option of seeing what dates and cities have for sure those best deals at any given moment. What really sucks is that on the main flight finder they don't offer the scroll thru calendar and furthermore every time you want to search a different date or just change one of the cities you have to give in ALL the info over and over again. Not convenient if you try to find the cheapest flight. On the little flight finder (on right side) you can't just change particulars and let it search again, you actually have to get out and in again to be able to search each additional time.

THE NON-STOP FLT. 6209 TO GATWICK AND 6211 WILL HAVE THE SAME OPTION, THE SEATS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL ONE OR TWO DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT. THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD BY 1800FLYEUROPE NOW. NO AIRLINE THAT I KNOW HAS THESE RESTRICTIONS. WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THIS RESTRICTION. I AM BOOKED ON AMERICAN AIRLINES, BUT THE FLT. IS FLOWN BY BRITISH AIRLINES. I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE BRITISH AIRLINES THAT MADE THAT CALL.

Good prices to be found but cumbersome navigation when looking for different dates. Found this site to be very useful when looking for good prices for flights from SF - Munich. Searching for multiple departure/return dates not easy. Would be great to have a table of different dates (like the Lufthansa site) which shows lowest price (for those lookig for best deal in terms of prices) for different date combinations or even just a "button" for changing dates on the results page.

The purchase of airline tickets was easy, but had problems with the routing not as advertized. The itinerary that was listed actually turned out to be quite complicated. I ended up with two open-jaw tickets on a very tight connection schedule with no one responsible for the routing but myself. I just have to hope there are no delays in the flights. I could have made a different purchase at the beginning of the process, but the only good alternatives were unavailable by the time I learned of the problem. It took several phone calls to find out just how this would work.
