Never heard of them before but will keep them in mind next time I have not taken my flight yet but prices was very competitive compared to the other sites i was checking. My flight is to Barcelona and most other sites that had a better rate were for overnight layovers which was not an option for me just to get a better deal. The flight insurance seemed a little high compared to say priceline. And my only real complaint was I guess my screen timed out and the site advised me to call the flyeurope costumer service. When i did the man who answered was very rude and abrupt with me. He kept cutting me off , got really impatient when i was making a decision, spoke really quickly and when i would ask him to repeat he would do so like i was deaf and slow. It was embarrassing costumer service. I decided to try my chances on the site again and got of the phone with him as quickly as a could. I almost did not purchase with the site just because of the service experience. Its too bad so many online companies take good costumer service for granted.

NO AIRLINE THAT I KNOW HAS THESE RESTRICTIONS. WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THIS RESTRICTION. I AM BOOKED ON AMERICAN AIRLINES, BUT THE FLT. IS FLOWN BY BRITISH AIRLINES. I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE BRITISH AIRLINES THAT MADE THAT CALL.

Quick and better choices of flights than the major booking companies. After booking flights with another major online service, I had to cancel those flights because after I thought about it, a 8 hour layover beginning at midnight was not a good idea. I was unable to find a better solution on that service and found 1800FlyEurope where I was able to solve and purchase acceptable tickets. The only negative comment would be that the full flight, including stops, should show up without having to click on another button to see the whole flight.

easy to use but nowhere to add frequent flier details The 1800FlyEurope was fine except for two points. Firstly, the drop-boxes only allow for addresses in USA and Canada when i used it. This meant my credit card could not be charged and hence I got and email about a credit card problem and had to ring to sort it out. The problem was simply that my billing address (in Australia) was not able to selected on the drop-down menu. Secondly, i have not been able to add my frequent flier details to my booking because this option did not appear. I still don't know if this can be done, and if so, how.
