I got a good price but I could have done with more transparency about conditions, especially costs of making changes etc I saved money compared to going direct to an airline. There was ambiguous information about costs for changes or cancellations. I called the number and was told "changes usually cost $350" but the lady could not give me a definite answer for my particular flight. The original conditions said that in some cases changes may not be allowed so I am still not completely sure if I would be charged "only" $350 if I had to change the dates later.

Service good but where is rest of my E ticket??? I was unable to do our 2 tickets together for some reason and then it would not accept info on my husband. Called and the young lady was very nice but it took her quite a while to complete his reservation for some unknown reason. Now my eticket has arrived but my husband's ticket has not come through. Am wondering why this has occurred!

You might want to look at how you have labeled what airline is being used. When I made my reservation, it clearly said Virgin.

Quick and better choices of flights than the major booking companies. After booking flights with another major online service, I had to cancel those flights because after I thought about it, a 8 hour layover beginning at midnight was not a good idea.
