GBDon't use Booked with Happy rooms through hotelcombined and chose the option to pay hotel on arrival. We're not going until December but when I checked my credit card statement I found the money had already being taken months before we travel. The room was more expensive because we chose this option but had a while to save. I phoned up but got nowhere all they kept saying was I wouldn't have to pay now at the hotel maybe not but now I only have 3 weeks to find the money instead of months.

AEWorst travel agent I have ever dealt with I found out 1 week before I was due to go on vacation that the hotel could no longer fulfill my booking. Happy rooms sent me an email to this effect and are less than helpful in providing me with alternative accommodation. I am now due to travel in 3 days and still have no accommodation despite numerous calls and many many empty promises. Do not book with this company. Customer relations are non existent. If I could give a star rating less than 1 I would.

ILmade 6 reservations but hotel don't have any information!!! Update- in two days the reservation was confirmed and everything was ok but the best thing was the price - half the price in comparison with all the other websites! I made 6 reservations this week but didn't get any confirmation number and after talking to the hotel they said they don't work with the website!!! talked and emailed costumer service but they keep telling me to wait for them to work things out, only one problem I am supposed to be there next week and now I'm in a limbo while they already were quick to charge me.I can't understand this conduct wjat kind of costumer service is this????

PLHorrible !!!!!! How is it possible that Full Moon design hostel booked me in 6 beds room but from your reservation it seems that should be STANDARD SINGLE ROOM. Its middle of the night and now i have to make extra payment for upcoming night! It's not fair and I am waiting for explanations from you and refund of extra payment!!!! Full Moon Design Hostel said that is not their problem! GBGreat experience After reading all the negative reviews I felt compelled to write about my experience with Happy Rooms. I reserved a hotel in Orlando via Happy Rooms for 1/3 of the price you would normally expect to pay. I then read all the reviews and became completely paranoid. I had no need to feel worried because when I spoke to them they were completely professional, even when I suggested their site might be a scam !!!. Despite being re-assured by Happy Rooms, I was still concerned so I rang Orlando 3 times in the lead up to my holiday to check my reservation was still ok. I had no need to worry about my reservation and then kicked myself for all the anxiety reading these reviews had caused me. I feel huge sympathy for the people who have had a bad experience but Happy Rooms isn't a scam and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.
