ILBe careful Happy Rooms SCAM company. !!!! Be careful Happy Rooms SCAM company. !!!! We booked rooms with the possibility of cancellation in September. In July we wanted to cancel. HAPPY ROOMS told us the cancellation date is 29.5.2016 They bite using "bait and switch" Once you click the button it changes the date Cancellation or hotel name. They did not want to pay us back. We said okay, we want to go on vacation at the time to September, they said that it is impossible that we canceled. Examination before canceling the reservation with Hotel Reservation was for one night instead of 5 nights Please .Do not invite them and warn your friends. They are cheaters and crooksֱֱֱֱ

CONOT BOOKING ON MY BEHALF IN THE HOTEL Update - After contacting the support team they fixed the problem and made the reservation on my behalf. It was easy to catch them by phone - email. Thanks to Alex for great customer service! I made a reservation and after talking to the Hotel they told me that there are not reservations on my behalf and also that they dont work with happyrooms. I called happyrooms customer service several times and i didn't receive a help yet. They always said that will send me a email after but im still waiting a solution.

GBHappy Rooms is one of the biggest con … Happy Rooms is one of the biggest con artist and booking company around, I booked a hotel last december 2016 for next month sept 2017, they cant provide me with a real confirm booking, yet taken my money via credit card. I am now disputing with my bank to recover the money back. The customer service is rubbish because there isn't any. PLEASE DO not book via this company.

AEHAPPYROOMS FOLLOW UP! At the end of June I made a reservation through Happyrooms,things went wrong,I was overcharged and I got mad.But the head of complaints team(I don't know if I'm allowed to write his name) replied very quickly.The only thing I had to do was to send them by email the receipt of our stay.After that they put the difference of the amount into our account.To be honest,I didn't expect that.Excellent feedback and problem solving mentality!Thanks!My next reservation will be definately through Happyrooms!

GBDishonest company We booked a hotel stay at Novotel Mitt Berlin, Happy Rooms collected the credit card company yet did not make the reservation. When we phoned the hotel we were told there was never any booking made on our behalf by Happy Rooms. Additionally the hotel was sold out. Now We have to alert our Credit card company.
