made 6 reservations but hotel don't have any information!!! Update- in two days the reservation was confirmed and everything was ok but the best thing was the price - half the price in comparison with all the other websites! I made 6 reservations this week but didn't get any confirmation number and after talking to the hotel they said they don't work with the website!!! talked and emailed costumer service but they keep telling me to wait for them to work things out, only one problem I am supposed to be there next week and now I'm in a limbo while they already were quick to charge me.I can't understand this conduct wjat kind of costumer service is this????

I booked my room, showed up at the hotel and everything went beautifully. The hotel was actually much more fabulous than I ever imagined. Happyrooms.com has gone above and beyond my expectations and now I’ve saved it on my phone (and laptop) for my future travel needs.

Don't use Booked with Happy rooms through hotelcombined and chose the option to pay hotel on arrival. We're not going until December but when I checked my credit card statement I found the money had already being taken months before we travel. The room was more expensive because we chose this option but had a while to save. I phoned up but got nowhere all they kept saying was I wouldn't have to pay now at the hotel maybe not but now I only have 3 weeks to find the money instead of months.

fraud I booked a hostel on this web but I got email of other hostel reservation. Two hostel are different and in totally different nation!!! Customer service help me to solve this problem. I feel better but I believe this company should do something to improve website and have customer service to work quickly.

Happy Rooms is one of the biggest con … Happy Rooms is one of the biggest con artist and booking company around, I booked a hotel last december 2016 for next month sept 2017, they cant provide me with a real confirm booking, yet taken my money via credit card. I am now disputing with my bank to recover the money back. The customer service is rubbish because there isn't any. PLEASE DO not book via this company.
