fraud I booked a hostel on this web but I got email of other hostel reservation. Two hostel are different and in totally different nation!!! Customer service help me to solve this problem. I feel better but I believe this company should do something to improve website and have customer service to work quickly.

Happy Rooms is one of the biggest con … Happy Rooms is one of the biggest con artist and booking company around, I booked a hotel last december 2016 for next month sept 2017, they cant provide me with a real confirm booking, yet taken my money via credit card. I am now disputing with my bank to recover the money back. The customer service is rubbish because there isn't any. PLEASE DO not book via this company.

Deceitful Yesterday we made a booking at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore which we later cancelled. I emailed the cancellation to the email address which was given only 24 hours ago on the booking confirmation. The cancellation policy states we are able to cancel before 15th Feb 2017 with a full refund. This email address does not exist. This smells of criminal deception. They have our full payment by credit card. How can we cancel if Happy Rooms is not contactable in writing? Fraudulent, I believe.

HAPPYROOMS FOLLOW UP! At the end of June I made a reservation through Happyrooms,things went wrong,I was overcharged and I got mad.But the head of complaints team(I don't know if I'm allowed to write his name) replied very quickly.The only thing I had to do was to send them by email the receipt of our stay.After that they put the difference of the amount into our account.To be honest,I didn't expect that.Excellent feedback and problem solving mentality!Thanks!My next reservation will be definately through Happyrooms!
