Great experience! I hadn't heard of this company before this weekend, so was a bit nervous to use them. Found out about them on Travelocity when my vehicle broke down. They had good hours & I got a full sized SUV for pretty much half the price of an economy car! When I had to extend my rental for another 4 days, I got it for another 50% off! (Note: go thru Travelocity if you have to extend, otherwise you would pay more.) Good staff, polite & cooperative. The SUV was a newer model, clean inside & out.

It was very good experience It was very good experience, I booked thru expedia and there was no gimmick or hidden fees like the other rental company.. the 200$ deposit came back to my visaaccount after a 2 days. No complaints, insurance is reasonable.. I would definitely recommend this AVR rental and would rent again when I am in LV.. Thanks, very good and honest services.

AVR- Good, Fox and Thrifty-rip-off I booked an SUV in Colorado in the winter, AVR no problems. Fox and Thrifty car rental both tried to extort more money at the counter. Up selling is expected; ski rack, prepaid gas, insurance, etc. But, substituting a 2wd Hyundai for a Jeep Cherokee is a rip off.

Not the best experience Friendly staff Waited about 30 min the van pulled up all the windows were extremely dirty as well as the inside I even found old french fries in the driver console missing cup holder and stains on the seats. The young lady who helped seemed embarrassed and took the van to the back for 10 min and did the best she could. The next day we discovered a burned out tail light and empty wind shield washer reservoir. I contacted customer service about my concerns they said next rental they will upgrade me sadly there won`t be a next time.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID I booked and paid for a 7-passenger minivan a month before I arrived. They told me they would reach out to me with specific directions a few days before I arrived. Never heard from them. On the morning of my flight to LAX, I finally called myself to determine how their process works. It was at THAT time they told me that they had no minivans, but they would put me in a 15 passenger full-sized van. I didn't want a full size van, but I had no choice since I was already at the airport. Maybe not a huge deal to drive a bus, but then they charged me MORE for the rental, and also INSISTED I had to buy special insurance because I was now driving a 'commercial vehicle'. What an absolute scam! They lied over and over to me, while being disgustingly rude while doing so. Never EVER will I again even think of going back, and I'll share my experience with everyone and anyone! Rent somewhere else if you wish to work with an honest, polite, and less expensive rental company!
