AUSo easy & great to book with! So easy & great to book with! Trying to book and organise travel over the internet from as far away as Australia isn't easy. However, booking with Americacarrental.com is the exception. The web site is clear, easy to follow instructions and a breeze to book and pay for car rentals. GBPrice quoted was not the price I was charged. Charged more at the airport than shown on my statement from American Rental. I didn't have time to argue with the agent at Budget so I accepted the increase rather then wind up with no car. Wound up paying more then if I had booked directly with Budget. I will never use American Car Rental again.

MXDo not rent from this company I had a reservation through car rental.com for a car from this company in Monterrey, Mexico. When I arrived to pick up the car, the company wanted to sell me their own expensive insurance. They did not did not accept the third party insurance which I had just purchased and showed them in writing. They did not provide the car. I had to find another rental car at the airport my self . By the way, do not make reservation through car rental.com either since they do not stand behind their own reservations/contracts.

GBHorrible Experience Horrible Experience. Waited over 3 Hours for a rental car. I would NEVER rent with them again. Ever. Does not matter how inexpensive it is don't do it.

GBGlad I went with AmericanCarRental.com Great deal, hassle free and the entire process went smoothly. Price was a lot cheaper than all the other websites I checked. Got a nice car that was larger than originally indicated (Ford Hybrid Fusion instead of a Toyota Corolla). Clear and concise instructions from American Car Rental concerning charges and pick up info. Absolutely the best deal out there.
