GBtrouble returning a car early. The website wouldn't let me rent a car for the trip back to Orlando airport because the rental agency isn't open at 5:00 am but they have a drop box for the keys. So I had to call to make the reservation instead of doing it on my computer. I think this should be taken care of then 5 stars.

AUA great car rental agency for any visitor to the USA For an overseas traveler, AmericaCarRental is the best car rental agency I have found. I have used them consistently now for five or more years. All necessary insurances are included in the quoted price (this is a real bonus - no hidden charges), their website site is easy to use, and car pick up has always been easy. They are the best!!! I once had to cancel a trip and get a refund - that too was no problem.

GBI am saying 5 stars at the moment as… I am saying 5 stars at the moment as everything so far has been easy to deal with, great website, great savings. I will review again once I've actually got to America and hired the vehicle, I suppose it is only then that we will know how good the company is 😁😁

SASome hidden charges and rude customer service!!! In the beginning, the offer was very nice compared to the other websites. However, after I made the purchase I found out there were some extra charges that I was not aware of. When I called the phone No. to find out what were these charges for, the lady was very rude and impolite and she was trying to hide these hidden charges. I had to ask her several times until she fixed the price as it showed when I made the purchase. Never again!!!
