GBPrice quoted was not the price I was charged. Charged more at the airport than shown on my statement from American Rental. I didn't have time to argue with the agent at Budget so I accepted the increase rather then wind up with no car. Wound up paying more then if I had booked directly with Budget. I will never use American Car Rental again.

ESFirst time i rented with them and last… First time i rented with them and last one.. They forgot to pick up me at the airport in SJD very late and more than one hour late they told me that only have one car available, and more than double price of my original reservation. No recomended.

GBTen Stars I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! I originally rated them 4 stars because there was a charge I didn't understand. They saw the review, called me, explained the charge and then removed it at my request. Outstanding customer service!

GBtrouble returning a car early. The website wouldn't let me rent a car for the trip back to Orlando airport because the rental agency isn't open at 5:00 am but they have a drop box for the keys. So I had to call to make the reservation instead of doing it on my computer. I think this should be taken care of then 5 stars.

GBHorrible Experience Horrible Experience. Waited over 3 Hours for a rental car. I would NEVER rent with them again. Ever. Does not matter how inexpensive it is don't do it.
