My first Holiday Inn experience. My first experience staying at a Holiday Inn was 5 days over Christmas at the Holiday Inn North just outside Norwich airport. Altho next to the airport there was no noise and the hotel had a very relaxed restful atmosphere. I was part of a coach party (Skill's) and we were incredibly well looked after and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The cleanliness all around the hotel was noticeable and as there were one or two disabled guests it enabled us to see how caring the staff were. Full marks to all the staff from the kitchen and laundry to the front of house.

Terrible Terrible. I had made reservation with prior payment. The front desk had very little idea and charged me again! The reservation doesn’t answer the call. The booking staff are pathetic to say the least. They have some good and some below par. They are not consistent. I would stay clear of them. Trust me! Don’t go with Holiday Inn in Aerocity New Delhi

Holiday Inn - Glasgow Airport Holiday Inn - Glasgow Airport. First the good- great location, food was good, cleanliness also good. Unfortunately let down by several points- AC not working on hot day of the year and maint had gone home. Clearly, ongoing issue, as fan in the room (with non opening windows). Still 80+ degrees. Also, TV was non functional, even after power off/on reset. Phoned reception to be told no spare rooms and “we’re sorry” was only mitigation. Final straw, down for dinner to be told restaurant fully booked, eat in bar - which was fine, but tables covered with dirty dishes & glasses uncleared due to busy bar staff. For expensive hotel, need to try harder to please your guests and at least offer something other than apologies.

Good breakfast Had a good welcome from Karen. The breakfasts at this hotel are consistently good.

Holiday Inn Heathrow Holiday Inn Heathrow, Bath Road. Stay here a lot. Hotel is what it is. The staff are, in the main, excellent. Umuir is one fo the front desk people who went over and above to accomodate my requirements, and make me feel wanted as a person and a customer. The restaurant staff are always superb.
