Holiday Inn Heathrow Holiday Inn Heathrow, Bath Road. Stay here a lot. Hotel is what it is. The staff are, in the main, excellent. Umuir is one fo the front desk people who went over and above to accomodate my requirements, and make me feel wanted as a person and a customer. The restaurant staff are always superb.

Not good at all ! Holiday Inn Bromsgrove. Supposed to be a four star hotel, I booked a “premium” room and it was terrible ! Two stars would be more appropriate. I counted at least 14 faults with the standard/quality of the room. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed if they think the state of this supposed four star premium room is acceptable.

We stayed in Concord HI-express We stayed in Concord, NC. We booked through an online booking agent. We did not know that there was any construction going on during our stay. I had to work online, this was an issue. When I spoke to the manager she was very flippant and said I could check out and book else where. No empathy what so ever. I would have thought she could have given me another place to work where it would be quieter and private. The breakfast was like going to your local school cafeteria. The food was not such that if you needed to not eat non dairy that it left you very little options. Making just plain eggs with an option of cheese and veggies, heating the food to a higher temperature, and replacing the old style coffee makers with the style that you can brew your own cup and add your own flavoring would be nicer. We went to breakfast and came back to our room to find in that short time period there were bugs on our beds, they were quick to have us switch our room. But there was NO monetary relief for our inconvenience. I would have thought either a refund or a certificate for future stays would have been nice. I am not sure where the bugs came from but it may have been due to the hole in the outside wall in the room. The toilet ran on its own and the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud as was the a/c unit. This made it hard to talk or sleep in the room(s). The young girl that worked the evening shift was very nice and did what she could do to help us, which was limited because the manager was not accommodating what so ever. I have booked before with HI-express and never had this lousy of an experience.

Holiday Inn at Wolverhampton race… Holiday Inn at Wolverhampton race course Being put in a joining room next to strangers, its very noisy and an uncomfortable experience, I was not warned or asked as I would have not agreed to this. Mediocre rooms nothing to enjoy about them and rusty shower heads

Awful Holiday Inn at Warminster… Stayed at the Holiday Inn at Warminster it was absolutely terrible, no comforts whatsoever. The shower gel was full of mould, it is apparently being upgraded in August the receptionist told me when I complained but if you are going to let people stay then at least give them a very discounted rate. DON’T STAY HERE
