Holiday Inn Express Southampton West Booked 2 rooms for Tuesday night 1st of June at Holiday Inn Express Southampton West, all the Booking confirmations received by email, card details inserted. Arrived at the hotel, no rooms available. “Sorry we can’t do anything, try to find another hotel”. Shocking! Poor manager! Poor staff!

Awful Holiday Inn at Warminster… Stayed at the Holiday Inn at Warminster it was absolutely terrible, no comforts whatsoever. The shower gel was full of mould, it is apparently being upgraded in August the receptionist told me when I complained but if you are going to let people stay then at least give them a very discounted rate. DON’T STAY HERE

Not good at all ! Holiday Inn Bromsgrove. Supposed to be a four star hotel, I booked a “premium” room and it was terrible ! Two stars would be more appropriate. I counted at least 14 faults with the standard/quality of the room. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed if they think the state of this supposed four star premium room is acceptable.

Holiday Inn Heathrow Holiday Inn Heathrow, Bath Road. Stay here a lot. Hotel is what it is. The staff are, in the main, excellent. Umuir is one fo the front desk people who went over and above to accomodate my requirements, and make me feel wanted as a person and a customer. The restaurant staff are always superb.

I have just accidentally book on 11th… I have just accidentally book on 11th of June instead of 3rd June. Then I call to the counter then bounce me me another person and vise versa at the end they refers me up to eight peoples and some time coz of inconvenience they cuted my call at the result they told me you have to give penalty plus vat means your booking deposit gone and you be charged extra . To be honest don't waste your money and time to talk these Dougie hotel and staff. One of the worst hotel management I ever seen
