Holiday Inn Heathrow Holiday Inn Heathrow, Bath Road. Stay here a lot. Hotel is what it is. The staff are, in the main, excellent. Umuir is one fo the front desk people who went over and above to accomodate my requirements, and make me feel wanted as a person and a customer. The restaurant staff are always superb.

Holiday Inn Fareham Silverfish avoid Holiday Inn Fareham. 15 January 2024. Everything seemed alright until I woke up for a shower and found strange bugs scurrying around in the bathroom, on the floor and in the bathtub. This hotel clearly needs fumigating and should not be renting rooms out in this state. Will never use this one again. Have not received a refund and fobbed off, despite asking for refund and getting name of night manager and hand written note too. Have photos to upload if possible here.

Holiday Inn Doncaster Very friendly and pleasant staff. Sandeep exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. He should be put forward for employee of the month.😀
