GBCustomer service lack of response cost me Yeah I have to echo the sentiments of most of these low reviews. I tried to rebook a flight since mine was also cancelled due to COVID and I was told I had to reach out directly with the flights I wanted. 8 days later the prices doubled and I had to pay over $400 out of pocket (WITH a $900 credit already) after I kept calling and "Max" was always somehow not there. Seriously you won't save that much, and if for some reason you need to cancel you will end up paying more.

GBJust want my refund Booked a flight pre-covid. Got cancelled due to covid, have been asking for a refund for a while now and still nothing. Feels like they are just stalling / not communicating. They don't respond to emails, hot line doesn't work, several times on live chat they respond once or twice then ghost me. =( Edit: I received an email 2 weeks ago stating that they have refunded my roughly 62% of the original price. However, the funds have yet to reach my bank. I have try to contact them but, have not received any reply.

HRThe site doesn’t even work! The site doesn’t even work, the staff doesn’t even answer there email unless they are making a sale! Where is the information on ticket vouchers? How does anybody know the exact amount they are being refunded??? So many unanswered questions.

GBCanceled flights. Our original itinerary has been changed a couple of times. Our return flight has also been canceled. We are not even aware what our current itinerary flights are. As we ourselves have not canceled or requested a change in our flights we do not think it fair to receive only a partial refund. As a service is not being provided for us we do not see a reason why these service fees should be held. No one is aware of what future flight travel looks like so it is highly unfair to ask people to take a travel credit that are not comfortable with that option. Terrible and horrendous service.

GBThese guys are total crooks These guys are total crooks. I booked $10,188 in flights with them. I had to cancel the flights due to COVID and they agreed to refund $8,055 (after fees & penalties) but after 5 months they have only refunded $5,816. They stall, make excuses & lie again and again and refuse to refund the remaining $2.239. Now they won't even notify CSA that my flights were indeed cancelled so I can transfer my flight insurance coverage until June 2022. STAY AWAY !!!!
