These guys are total crooks These guys are total crooks. I booked $10,188 in flights with them. I had to cancel the flights due to COVID and they agreed to refund $8,055 (after fees & penalties) but after 5 months they have only refunded $5,816. They stall, make excuses & lie again and again and refuse to refund the remaining $2.239. Now they won't even notify CSA that my flights were indeed cancelled so I can transfer my flight insurance coverage until June 2022. STAY AWAY !!!!

Frank found me the flight when no others could find departing for the next couple days and swapped to it at no extra cost. You can trust SkyBooker. I trust them based on actual experience.

Disappointed with policy for cancelled flight. We booked an international trip for us and the flights were cancelled by the airline (not uncommon right now due to Corona virus travel restrictions). We were offered less than 65% if the cost as a refund. Skybooker policy is to keep all "fees" (which apparently are a large portion of the ticket cost). Really disappointed since I had friends book directly through an airline and all costs were refunded. Luckily, I purchased travel insurance so will use that to reimburse me for the remainder of the ticket cost...although that is not an easy process. We will not be using Skybooker again!

YOU WILL BE ROBBED Every review on here about extorsion is true. My airline is providing refunds for flights cancelled last year due to COVID, but is telling customers to go through their booking agency. Skybooker is trying to charge me a $100 service fee to refund me (this amounts to 20% of my ticket price). They will not provide a clear justification for this charge and although I have been directed to their Terms & Conditions, there is no information for this type of situation. Just terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Illegal Fake company. Do not give them a single Dollar. Its a scam company preying on innocent people's hard earned money. I went through this website and booked a ticket to UK for ($919)in June. The flight got cancelled due to the pandemic. Skybooker emailed me saying they are going to refund me $716 in 14 business days. Its been 3 months and not a single penny has been returned. There is no email correspondence nor phone calls. This scam company preys on innocent people and exploits their desperate situations blatantly robbing them. Spare yourself the headache, pay the extra dollar and purchase tickets from the airlines. These people are the lowest scum.
