USCustomer service lack of response cost me Yeah I have to echo the sentiments of most of these low reviews. I tried to rebook a flight since mine was also cancelled due to COVID and I was told I had to reach out directly with the flights I wanted. 8 days later the prices doubled and I had to pay over $400 out of pocket (WITH a $900 credit already) after I kept calling and "Max" was always somehow not there. Seriously you won't save that much, and if for some reason you need to cancel you will end up paying more.

USI am a registered nurse that has been… I am a registered nurse that has been under so much stress since the pandemic started. To top it off my husband's mother passed away right as the pandemic started. He has been trying to get to Greece for over a year to say his goodbyes and finish up any business over there. Skybooker keeps changing the price of the tickets and is now refusing him a full refund. They are offering him less than 50% of what he has paid them. This company is horrible and I will NEVER use them again. I am under enough stress as it is, without needing a scam artist company robbing my husband. Thanks for nothing Skybooker.

CAYOU WILL BE ROBBED Every review on here about extorsion is true. My airline is providing refunds for flights cancelled last year due to COVID, but is telling customers to go through their booking agency. Skybooker is trying to charge me a $100 service fee to refund me (this amounts to 20% of my ticket price). They will not provide a clear justification for this charge and although I have been directed to their Terms & Conditions, there is no information for this type of situation. Just terrible. Avoid at all costs.

USI was having trouble understanding how… I was having trouble understanding how to book more than one ticket under different names. John Smith was so helpful and made my day. He fixed everything for me and was very patient with me. I’m so thankful there was a human being to speak to for help. They also had the lowest price best airline options available over all the competitors. I’ll definitely utilize this app and company again and again. Feeling thankful. 🙌🏼
