Parents went on first trip to Europe… Parents went on first trip to Europe and we’re having the time of their lives until skybooker took $3000 USD from them without the slightest thought that people work their asses off to live and enjoy a much needed vacation away from a tough world. But people who are too senseless to let people enjoy themselves took the money and have not offered a refund because they’re unprofessional and violent. To totally violate someone on vacation is worse than low. Someone needs to set this company straight.
