As close to a scam as you can get They pretend to be the airline at times of mass flight cancellations when they are not. They then offer to rebook at a rate higher than the airline rate. They will even cancel a reservation you hold while "checking" it in order to force you to book with them at the higher cost. Avoid at all costs...

Not professional or definitely with the kids. They make three of my daughter's wait and sleep on the floor for six hours on Orlando airport. Definitely do not spend a penny on this airline.
