Russel Miller is the best Russel Miller is the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. He really went above and beyond in helping me with my situation and brightened my day. Very grateful he answered the call and I can only assume the rest of Basal would be as accommodating. Such a wonderful experience!

SCAMMERS!!! I was scammed by these people. My daughter and I missed our flight to Valencia in Spain on March 16th, 2022. I called this phone number 1 855 209 2214 (phone # provided by "Michael" in a message left on my answering machine claiming my flight credit has been issued) to reschedule /cancel our flight. They told us they will cancel our flight and refund us either my airline money or travel credit. They charged me $300 to cancel both flights. I did receive a cancellation phone message and email. Yet, after calling them numerous times to reschedule our trip, I was never able to speak with an agent. A year later today, We have never received any money back or travel credit. They scammed my daughter and me for a total of $1800. None of the 2 numbers I was provided works. STAY away from THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS & THIEVES!

I’m seeing a lot of “This is a scam!”… I’m seeing a lot of “This is a scam!” reviews and a lot of 5 stars as well. But nothing in between, which in itself was suspicious to me. I’m not sure what the scam experiences were with these customers, but my experience was very good. They were a little slow to get me a confirmation number, but it was explained that it was because this happens when dealing with third parties. Okay fine. Bottom line is I got two tickets for a flight across the country and back for cheaper than the major discount web sites, on very short notice at that. Courteous customer service as well. So overall, quite happy with my experience with this business.

The worst airline is definitely spirit The worst airline is definitely spirit. Avoid this airline at all the time not a good company plus they lie to the customers. Not professional or definitely with the kids. They make three of my daughter's wait and sleep on the floor for six hours on Orlando airport. Definitely do not spend a penny on this airline.

It’s a pure garbage and scam When you search, the travel agency name comes up as “Qatar (or whatever) helpline number “ on google search. They take advantage of a stressful situation and make you believe you are speaking to the airline company, when you ask them if you are speaking to the airline company. They ask for your DOB and say it in a way that it’s only for confirmation (they don’t have this information). They charge you a lot for something that the actual airline do it free for you (for example if you can’t make it to the flight and you want to switch it to the next one). DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!
