We just wan to tell others of the customer service we received from them, their Melissa went above and beyond the call of duty . From the moment we contacted them we were treated to an amazing personal service. All our mails were replied to instantly and Melissa calle dus several times to update us on the property we had booked . We cannot recommend her and New York stay enough.

AUCan take a reservation but can't keep it.... After hours of searching the internet for places to stay in New York for 10 nights from 29/12/17 to 7/1/2018 l found an apartment in east 65th street and booked through New York stay who at the time seemed professional and the payment for the 10 nights was fully paid upfront, so this was now a paid and confirmed reservation. On advising them of our flight details well in advance they could not give me any check in details and asked if we could check in between 11am and 12pm and said they would provide me with these 24 hours prior. Still 24 hours before no check in details were provided other than call someone called Fabio when we arrived at jfk airport. Arriving at JFK airport l call Fabio to let him know we arrived at should be at the apartment by 12pm, he said no problem just call me when you are 5 minutes away, so I call and no answer. We arrive at the apartment a family of four with 5 suitcases and it's -11 degrees, absolutely freezing and Fabio is not there to greet us and let us in. I call Fabio and he answers and says he can't get to us for another couple of hours and we have to wait for him. I was annoyed and found this very unprofessional as you can't leave guests in the cold and fail in advance to give check in details despite numerous emails to New York stay and calling in advance. When Fabio finally arrives and because I was so annoyed, he cancels the reservation and we have nowhere to stay, an absolute nightmare, merely because this incompetent and unprofessional organisation could not provide any check in details. I would never book with them and warn people not to as I was concerned it was all a scam and then it took weeks and numerous emails to get my money back. No one needs this stress when travelling!!

AUAn easy process with great communication Booking from Overseas can be a little nervy but NewYorkStay were fantastic with wonderful communication between them, the owner and myself. The place we stayed was amazing and we will definitely be staying there again when we come back in the near future. This is a brilliant service and easy to search for many different properties in New York City. I would highly recommend this company.

GBLittle Italy loft - 2 bdrm, not 3 as advertised. NYStay great to work with! Had a great booking experience with Chandra, and a good check in experience with Marlon. We stayed 5 nights at an apt in the heart of Little Italy on Mulberry St. Although advertised as a 3 bdrm, it's actually a 2 bdrm with a 3rd bed partitioned by bookcases in the living room, and a pull out sofa bed. This was not ideal or what we expected - the two people staying in that bed got little sleep due to the noise and lights from the living area. The other two bedrooms were quiet and fairly comfortable with portable heaters keeping it very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, but needed a microwave and/or pots & baking dishes. There was no way to heat leftovers except with a frying pan. The full size fridge, gas stove and two full sinks were nice, though. We also enjoyed the large dining table, and lots of room to spread out in the large living room. Being right above several excellent Italian restaurants was wonderful, and made late night dining possible. The closest subway are about 4-6 blocks away - green and yellow lines, and they took us just about anywhere we wanted to go in uptown, downtown or midtown. We took the J train from the same stop out to the JFK Airtrain very inexpensively (although the whole trip took about 1.5 hours). Overall, I'd recommend it for the proximity to Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown, but think carefully about the bedroom placing (bring earplugs and sleep masks for the front room). Hopefully the owners will consider building a 3rd bedroom in the large dining space back by the other two rooms to make a real 3rd bdrm.

ITdespite sandy storm.... the house greeted us well! everything was good, the owner of this flat was kindly and always at disposition, despite we arrived just few hours before sandy storm passed. The appartament is small but very nice and comfortable, the bed can be raised so you can have more space available, but we preferred to leave it down, the appartament still pretty spacious! is in the heart of chelsea, just 200 meters from subway and Chelsea market! Also the NewYorkStay agency was very professional and we felt very well to had booked with them!!!
