Pleasant Customer Service There was a great level of communication between me, my partner and the guys who helped us at NewYorkStay to ensure we had the best possible experience ever. It was extremely pleasant and the whole process was easy.There was no problems checking in and me and my partner stayed for 4 days. The apartment was lovely and even though I would of liked a bigger kitchen everything else was great. I had great comfort when I slept in the bedroom and there was plenty of comfortable and luxurious furniture to use and relax on, everything was clean and there was plenty of space apart from the kitchen which was just a tiny bit smaller than I expected but even so it was great! Also a very lovely area of new york. I'll use again.

Amazing - what a great way to spend a week in NYC Having the freedom of your own place is a great feeling when exploring New York. It was our first time to the city and after a week of visiting all the sites we didn't want to leave. The staff at NewYorkStay also made our life much eaiser. I was worried that we wouldn't have the same access to tourist info by being in an apartment but the online help system meant that advice was literally one click away. Melissa gave us some fantasitc advice about things to do and places to eat. In fact, her recommendation for a lunch spot was easily the best lunch we had while in NY. Great Loft Apartment in SOHO (Little Italy) Staying in this beautiful apartment in a great location made our stay in NYC very special. The apartment is big, clean and extremely conveniently located. The owner, Larry met us and was very helpful explaining the area to us. When we come back to NYC this is where we will stay again.
