Pleasant Customer Service There was a great level of communication between me, my partner and the guys who helped us at NewYorkStay to ensure we had the best possible experience ever. It was extremely pleasant and the whole process was easy.There was no problems checking in and me and my partner stayed for 4 days. The apartment was lovely and even though I would of liked a bigger kitchen everything else was great. I had great comfort when I slept in the bedroom and there was plenty of comfortable and luxurious furniture to use and relax on, everything was clean and there was plenty of space apart from the kitchen which was just a tiny bit smaller than I expected but even so it was great! Also a very lovely area of new york. I'll use again.

Amazing Customer Service, cannot recommend enough. Our family have just returned from our 10 night stay in New York and we booked using NewYork Stay web site. From the moment we contacted them we were treated to an amazing personal service. New York Stay Highly Recommended We decided to book an apartment for our extended stay in New York. It was just the best thing we did as we had heaps of room. Our apartment was new, clean and reasonably priced for the size - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The staff at New York Stay were extremely helpful and very trustworthy. To be honest I was a little reluctant to send large amounts of money to a company I had not heard of in another country. I will be using them for our next visit to New York.
