Absolutely Amazing Support I wanted to leave a quick review regarding my recent trip with NewYorkStay, to say the least, they are probably the best travel accomodation service ever. They responded to all my questions extremely fast with exetremely helpful and professional responses. When we got there we met with the apartment keeper who showed us around and gave us a mini tour of the surrounding area, she was extremely friendly and told us all the local bars and restraunts and fun places for us to visit! It was amazing. The apartment was just lovely too, extremely well kept and clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Amazing Customer Service, cannot recommend enough. Our family have just returned from our 10 night stay in New York and we booked using NewYork Stay web site. We just wan to tell others of the customer service we received from them, their Melissa went above and beyond the call of duty . From the moment we contacted them we were treated to an amazing personal service. All our mails were replied to instantly and Melissa calle dus several times to update us on the property we had booked . We cannot recommend her and New York stay enough.

Pleasant Customer Service There was a great level of communication between me, my partner and the guys who helped us at NewYorkStay to ensure we had the best possible experience ever. It was extremely pleasant and the whole process was easy. There was no problems checking in and me and my partner stayed for 4 days. The apartment was lovely and even though I would of liked a bigger kitchen everything else was great. I had great comfort when I slept in the bedroom and there was plenty of comfortable and luxurious furniture to use and relax on, everything was clean and there was plenty of space apart from the kitchen which was just a tiny bit smaller than I expected but even so it was great! Also a very lovely area of new york. I'll use again.

Professional Service NewYorkStay.com is an extremely effective way of booking an apartment for a trip, the site is well laid out and easy to navigate through to choose the variables for our apartment. I'm extremely pleased with the service I was offered and I thought it was extremely professional! Everything worked out well and I would definitely use them in the near future for the next time I need an apartment to stay at in New York. I stayed there for an extended weekend and I just loved the apartment, it was so clean and fresh and it even smelled great. I've recommended this to a few of my business colleagues too.

Unique service at fair prices Through NewYorkStay.com I found a temporarily apartment as I moved to NYC. The apartment was very nice and at affordable prices. Since the apartment search in NYC is unpredictable, I had to extend my stay in the temporarily place twice and every time Melissa helped me out to contact the owner and to make it possible. Without Melissa's help, I'd have been lost! I will recommend NewYorkStay.com to all my friends who come to visit NYC and don't want to spend too much money for tiny hotel rooms.
