despite sandy storm.... the house greeted us well! everything was good, the owner of this flat was kindly and always at disposition, despite we arrived just few hours before sandy storm passed. The appartament is small but very nice and comfortable, the bed can be raised so you can have more space available, but we preferred to leave it down, the appartament still pretty spacious! is in the heart of chelsea, just 200 meters from subway and Chelsea market! Also the NewYorkStay agency was very professional and we felt very well to had booked with them!!!

An easy process with great communication Booking from Overseas can be a little nervy but NewYorkStay were fantastic with wonderful communication between them, the owner and myself. The place we stayed was amazing and we will definitely be staying there again when we come back in the near future. This is a brilliant service and easy to search for many different properties in New York City. I would highly recommend this company.

Great personal service! It was easy to get in contact, with NewYorkStay, both by phone and email. Workes fine with payment, keys, everything. The apartment was totally ok. NewYorkStay were the only ones that could offer us a three room apt for a week w short notice, didn't find anything on airbnb, craigslist et cetera. Only reason I don't give five star is the fact that renting short term is illegal in NYC, and therefore the whole business is a bit strange. We had a visit by the police, a bit scary, but they let us stay.
