SCAM Scam website same as many others , i got scamed. stay way from this website. no answer and even you can't sign this website. there was no record of my order. They naver send me the comfirmation of payment or cancellation about my order. i didn't get any ticket, payment was done by my ASB Creditcard. I have to contact my creditcard company and request cancel it. Tripomate refuse to pay money back. Date of experience: 18 June 2023

Oh mate, don't Trip into this scam! This is a total scam, none of the phone numbers are valid. In my call log I see they routed through Kuala Lumpur, Indonesia and the Philippines, although they are New Zealand hard lines and mobile numbers. In emails there is no option to click on the highlighted e-ticket number or booking ref, although it says the booking is confirmed. The bank's fraud team has advised to dispute. 15/9/23 - My money has now been returned via a bank dispute process. Do not book with this site, it is a total scam.

WARNING! Read the reviews!! Oh wow! I read through all the reviews and thank you for warning us about this site. I almost booked a flight with them today. I tried to contact them several times to check my itinerary and all calls went through the voice machine. I was suspicious about this site as they offered almost 50% discount compared to the official airline. Judging by how they reply to their customer's reviews UNPROFESSIONALLY, it doesn't look like they are a well-established travel provider. The address they used was also a residential address which is another big red flag.
