NZGOT MY MONEY BACK!! Purchased the ticket on June and just like what other experienced mine appeared to be scam as well. It makes me very angry to see other Kiwi are experience same thing.. But for those of you who are upset and stressed about the whole situation I opened a dispute with my bank (ANZ) and got my money back.. it took me 3 months but better than nothing!

NZBooked a ticket last 26th of July but… Booked a ticket last 26th of July but got no email confirmation. My card was charged. I tried contacting them several times but got no response. Even trying to call all their numbers but it says invalid. Can anyone help me? I would appreciate if you can provide me the best way to contact them.

NZHorrible!!! I bought 3 tickets from Tripomate. One of which was void. He didn't reply to emails and or refunded $4xxxnzd. China Southern Airlines also stepped in to help urge him to refund, but now it has been almost a month still no any reply. I reported to the Consumer Guarantees Act! It has been almost 3 months and there is still no reply. I already reported to the BBB of USA and the Dispute Tribunal of New Zealand.

NZSCAM Scam website same as many others , i got scamed. stay way from this website. no answer and even you can't sign this website. there was no record of my order. They naver send me the comfirmation of payment or cancellation about my order. i didn't get any ticket, payment was done by my ASB Creditcard. I have to contact my creditcard company and request cancel it. Tripomate refuse to pay money back. Date of experience: 18 June 2023
