SCAM - Avoid at all costs This is a scam. They will take your money, book a real ticket and send the confirmation, then immediately cancel the ticket without you knowing. I checked on the airline website a while after I booked and saw my ticket was cancelled without my consent. They were unresponsive when asked about it. If you have been scammed by these people, contact your airline and your bank immediately.

( tracing your money back from your financial institutions, spend endless times to following dispute). Why not use other reputable travel company like Webjet or Flight Centre for peace of mind.

Even trying to call all their numbers but it says invalid. Can anyone help me? I would appreciate if you can provide me the best way to contact them.

Oh mate, don't Trip into this scam! This is a total scam, none of the phone numbers are valid. In my call log I see they routed through Kuala Lumpur, Indonesia and the Philippines, although they are New Zealand hard lines and mobile numbers. In emails there is no option to click on the highlighted e-ticket number or booking ref, although it says the booking is confirmed. The bank's fraud team has advised to dispute. 15/9/23 - My money has now been returned via a bank dispute process. Do not book with this site, it is a total scam.
