Tripomate SCAMMERS What a scam, booked flights in April 2023, 1 day before I fly out (1 Nov 23) your ticket is non existant with the carrier. Carrier told me my ticket was cancelled in May! This was probably done by Tripomate and they keep your money. No answers on phone, email, even their fake booking email confirmation has different address to google maps. Stay away from these scamsters

SCAM - Avoid at all costs This is a scam. They will take your money, book a real ticket and send the confirmation, then immediately cancel the ticket without you knowing. I checked on the airline website a while after I booked and saw my ticket was cancelled without my consent. They were unresponsive when asked about it. If you have been scammed by these people, contact your airline and your bank immediately.

Horrible!!! I bought 3 tickets from Tripomate. One of which was void. He didn't reply to emails and or refunded $4xxxnzd. China Southern Airlines also stepped in to help urge him to refund, but now it has been almost a month still no any reply. I reported to the Consumer Guarantees Act! It has been almost 3 months and there is still no reply. I already reported to the BBB of USA and the Dispute Tribunal of New Zealand.

GOT MY MONEY BACK!! Purchased the ticket on June and just like what other experienced mine appeared to be scam as well. It makes me very angry to see other Kiwi are experience same thing.. But for those of you who are upset and stressed about the whole situation I opened a dispute with my bank (ANZ) and got my money back.. it took me 3 months but better than nothing!
