Plus / Negative Plus points - Value for money and gained access to all the attractions we booked Negative Points - Your passes aren't tickets, you have to go to attraction and present passes at ticket kiosks to receive tickets, waste alot of time on this and the attractions give the impression site seeing tours are a big problem for them

DO NOT PURCHASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for two passes for 4 days that amounted to four hundred and twenty-seven Great british pounds (539.60 USD). I had the passes on my phone account then the day that i get to new York and tried to use it and it didn't work. After numerous emails I received my passes, no apologies or anything to compensate for the two days not able to do anything!! They are not replying to my emails and i would avoid at all costs!!!

Efficient How to do - in our case NY in a day. With The Sightseeing Pass. The choice of routes are sufficient, the running hours are pleasant and once you have acquired an eye for the stops ( not very clear amidst all other signs) easy to hop on and off. The buses are a tad old and scruffy, one broke down on us and another had a de-faulty announcement system, however the enthusiasm and knowledge of the drivers makes up for that easily. Best way to get a feel of the place and best activity for a first impression.

Sightseeing pass perfect This pass was excellent for us .four of us had the 2 day pass and used it on statue of liberty and Ellis Island tour,intrepid, one world observatory, empire state building big bus and top of the rock no problem whatsoever they just scanned our QR code on the sightseeing pass

NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED INSURANCE !! :-( I Bought 3 flexi sightseeing passes for New York to save money We were so busy with places to see that we only used 4 out of the 7 passes . I also purchased the insurance just incase i didn't use all my passes . I have been emailing them now for over two weeks but no response from any of my emails . Looks like i will not get a refund as i originally thought based on purchasing the insurance. The telephone number is only any good if you live in the USA anywhere else in the world you cannot get in contact with them via the phone . Based on my experience with no communication and reading other reviews too i wouldnt even give it 1 star ...
