GBNO REFUND EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED INSURANCE !! :-( I Bought 3 flexi sightseeing passes for New York to save money We were so busy with places to see that we only used 4 out of the 7 passes . I also purchased the insurance just incase i didn't use all my passes . I have been emailing them now for over two weeks but no response from any of my emails . Looks like i will not get a refund as i originally thought based on purchasing the insurance. The telephone number is only any good if you live in the USA anywhere else in the world you cannot get in contact with them via the phone . Based on my experience with no communication and reading other reviews too i wouldnt even give it 1 star ...

GBPlus / Negative Plus points - Value for money and gained access to all the attractions we booked Negative Points - Your passes aren't tickets, you have to go to attraction and present passes at ticket kiosks to receive tickets, waste alot of time on this and the attractions give the impression site seeing tours are a big problem for them

GBDO NOT PURCHASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for two passes for 4 days that amounted to four hundred and twenty-seven Great british pounds (539.60 USD). I had the passes on my phone account then the day that i get to new York and tried to use it and it didn't work. After numerous emails I received my passes, no apologies or anything to compensate for the two days not able to do anything!! They are not replying to my emails and i would avoid at all costs!!!

USdo not use this company do not use this company it is a waste of money you cannot get the attractions you want once you purchase the pass and it’s very difficult to get a refund even if you paid extra to be able to cancel

USWorst experience ever Worst experience ever ! We wasted our time and money buying this stupid pass ! Even after buying the pass , we have to make timely reservations and wherever we go is fully booked for the day ! So this pass was good for nothing ! EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WAS THE WORST THING EVER! What a waste ! never buy this pass
