GBI wish I could give it no stars I wish I could give it no stars. Worst. Company ever! DO NOT TOUCH this company!! The worst customer service in the world. Even after a battle with breast cancer they would not consider transferring our passes to another date. Leaving us £1200 out of pocket. Disgusting service. 🤬

US** Misleading Information and Bad… ** Misleading Information and Bad Customer Service ** Don't buy a Sightseeing Pass as it could ruin your vacation days and planning esp if you are with family. Their site is full of misleading information and customer service is horrible. Post-cruise we planned to spend two nights in Miami with a specific plan to visit 4 attractions, so we bought a 4-attractions Flex pass for 3 adults and 1 child costing us $400+ Big Bus Night Tour: We went there and the bus driver told us the QR code was only for the day tour. I called customer service, they said the pass is only for the day tour. I told the agent the website clearly says you could either choose a day or night tour. Instead of apologizing for misleading information and ruining our precious evening time in Miami, the agent was rude and said we couldn't get a refund, and advised us to visit other attractions. Really? we bought a Flex Pass so we could visit specific attractions and not just any attractions. They ruined our precious evening and cost us $60+ for the taxi on top of non-usable $400+ passes for this attraction. Here are the specific words from their site and app: "Sightseeing DAY Pass and FLEX Pass holders can choose EITHER the Big Bus Classic Hop-on Hop-off Miami Tour OR the Big Bus Panoramic Night Tour."

GBComplete waste of money Paid almost $500 for a three-day pass. But then found most of the attractions required you to book in advance (subject to availability), and when we tried to book, we got no response from the providers. As we were only in NY for a few days, we then had to book directly and pay for the attractions. Contacted Sightseeing Pass (automated response we will be in touch within 48 hours - no good to us as at that time we would be on our way home). And then received a bland email, no insurance, not our problem! Waste of money, steer well clear.

ESNo pass sent- Money lost Honestly 1 star because I can’t give them less. I bought one of their flex passes for over 250$ to visit New York with my boyfriend last Tuesday. It’s Sunday and I haven’t heard from them. I can’t find their offices and I can’t call anybody since I’m visiting from another country and don’t have an American number to use. They don’t reply emails and they have basically ruined my trip.

ITPERFECT I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been to New York in August and bought the 6-day pass. We visited an incredible amount of attractions always finding a spot and never having to book in advance. Also, we made a math: had we had to pay for the attractions outside the pass, we would have spent $600. We saved $300.
