Unrecognized pass, non-existent customer service. waste of time and money For our trip to N-Y, we bought 2 7-day passes. we received the Passes quickly by email but booking the activities is very complicated. not all activities included in the list are accepted in the Pass. Sightseeing customer service is non-existent. A real waste of time and money. if you want to be reimbursed, you must take out insurance. proof that Sightseeing knows that the complaints against them are numerous. Dispute opened with Paypal.

Worked well for most attractions Worked well for most attractions, email each place ahead if you can to make sure. We emailed a few cruise companies which replied saying they didn’t take the pass, even though listed on website. If you do email though, you should have no problem. We used it for MoMa, Madame Tussaud’s, Empire state, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Big Bus tour, and Circle Line cruises with a 2-day Day Passes. (Maybe even more, can’t remember) - definitely got our money’s worth. Would recommend if you are able to put a bit of planning into it so you definitely get your money’s worth

Run away ! We are sold a pass with a list of attractions that disappear during our stay... We arrive more than one hour before the departure of a boat for the most interesting cruise, and we are told that there is no more place. They tell you that you can use the hop-on hop-off bus every day that you use the day-pass, and on the spot, they tell you that it is not possible, only once, because the company was taken over by another one or whatever (which does not interest us). Promises were not kept, and no compensation was offered...run away!

DO NOT PURCHASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I paid for two passes for 4 days that amounted to four hundred and twenty-seven Great british pounds (539.60 USD). I had the passes on my phone account then the day that i get to new York and tried to use it and it didn't work. After numerous emails I received my passes, no apologies or anything to compensate for the two days not able to do anything!! They are not replying to my emails and i would avoid at all costs!!!

Visited 14 different attractions from Big Bus Tours, St Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall and most of the observatories overlooking the city. Night time boat tour out to photograph the Statue of Liberty up close. Foodonfoot tour to great small restaurants where you bought the food you like. Bike ride tour through Central Park with Matti from Fancy Apple bike company. Liked the ride so much we later went back and paid cash to have a 3 hour bike ride down the Hudson River Park to Battery point on protected bike trails. Too many other attractions to mention them all. Bought the pass for $309 and got over $650 of free admission to the attractions. Great value and no need to pull out your wallet for cash or credit card.
