GBAvoid this scam Cant change your reservation as the website is not working properly and they Dont have a customer call centre because they dont answer their phones.Avoid at all costs.

GBPay for a package to Cartagena which… Paid for a package to Cartagena which gave me an option to include a yatch sunset sightseeing trip, turned out to be a random boat, which didn’t honour what was stated on the contract. packages are sold by despegar lacking monitoring of who are their local providers.. so if you buy a yatch trip whatever provider pick it up despegar will honour. not making sure what’s being stated on the small printing…

USI booked 4 tickets last year I booked 4 tickets last year, I spent $3,850, after trying to talk to Despegar more than 15 times, held in line for +55 minutes each time, I finally was able to talked to someone. I cancelled my trip and they should refund me in 6 months, has been 7 months and I did not get my money back, and its impossible talk to them. I dont know what else to do.

MXWorst Flight Platform Impossible to change a flight through them. Impossible to speak to someone that does not answer like a robot. They couldn't change my flight because their platform wasn't working for a whole day. It literally couldn't receive online payments at the time and they had no other way for me to pay. In the end I couldn't take my flight and even as it was their fault I couldn't make the change they never offered me anything as a compensation.
