Can an agent from Despegar please contact me urgently as I need to make the change within the next 48 hours. I will provide the booking number once I have been contacted.

And for preferring Qantas pay a lot more!!!

Worst Flight Platform Impossible to change a flight through them. Impossible to speak to someone that does not answer like a robot. They couldn't change my flight because their platform wasn't working for a whole day. It literally couldn't receive online payments at the time and they had no other way for me to pay. In the end I couldn't take my flight and even as it was their fault I couldn't make the change they never offered me anything as a compensation.
