I booked 4 tickets last year I booked 4 tickets last year, I spent $3,850, after trying to talk to Despegar more than 15 times, held in line for +55 minutes each time, I finally was able to talked to someone. I cancelled my trip and they should refund me in 6 months, has been 7 months and I did not get my money back, and its impossible talk to them. I dont know what else to do.

I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me.
