Hard to contact The only email I received is this one asking me to evaluate them. Not only I didn't get a confirmation after paying US$2300, it's hard to reach the company: US number is busy (huh?), Argentine number requires a reservation number (how should I have it?). Pay for a package to Cartagena which… Paid for a package to Cartagena which gave me an option to include a yatch sunset sightseeing trip, turned out to be a random boat, which didn’t honour what was stated on the contract. packages are sold by despegar lacking monitoring of who are their local providers.. so if you buy a yatch trip whatever provider pick it up despegar will honour. not making sure what’s being stated on the small printing…
