Change of Booking I would like to make a change in my flight ticket booking but I cannot reach Despegar on their Customer Service number. Avoid this scam Cant change your reservation as the website is not working properly and they Dont have a customer call centre because they dont answer their phones.Avoid at all costs.

A breeze It was so nice to be able to use this service. I tried making airline flights directly with South American airline companies and it was the most frustrating experience. Many times I entered all the information for 4 people who only to have the airline websites time out, cancel my reservation or not be able to process my credit card or some other problem. I was ready to scream. (Really, I did scream.) Despegar made things much easier and faster and for the same price.

They are thieves They are thieves. Would not change reservation as I had to cancel my flight because of a category 4 hurricane. I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me.
