I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me. If everything goes right, it may work, but once there is a problem, they gleefully take your money. STAY FAR AWAY11111111111

There is always room to improvement. There is always room to improvement. Probably more options in destination. More offers in the price. Maybe at certain time and day that you just know to have very special price in the airfare. Other than that I always had a pleasant experience when I buy in Despegar.

Worst Flight Platform Impossible to change a flight through them. Impossible to speak to someone that does not answer like a robot. They couldn't change my flight because their platform wasn't working for a whole day. It literally couldn't receive online payments at the time and they had no other way for me to pay. In the end I couldn't take my flight and even as it was their fault I couldn't make the change they never offered me anything as a compensation.

I cancelled my trip and they should refund me in 6 months, has been 7 months and I did not get my money back, and its impossible talk to them. I dont know what else to do.
