Hard to contact The only email I received is this one asking me to evaluate them. Not only I didn't get a confirmation after paying US$2300, it's hard to reach the company: US number is busy (huh?), Argentine number requires a reservation number (how should I have it?). They are thieves They are thieves. Would not change reservation as I had to cancel my flight because of a category 4 hurricane. I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me. If everything goes right, it may work, but once there is a problem, they gleefully take your money. STAY FAR AWAY11111111111
