GBThere is always room to improvement. There is always room to improvement. Probably more options in destination. More offers in the price. Maybe at certain time and day that you just know to have very special price in the airfare. Other than that I always had a pleasant experience when I buy in Despegar.

NPChange of Booking I would like to make a change in my flight ticket booking but I cannot reach Despegar on their Customer Service number. Can an agent from Despegar please contact me urgently as I need to make the change within the next 48 hours. I will provide the booking number once I have been contacted.

MXA breeze It was so nice to be able to use this service. I tried making airline flights directly with South American airline companies and it was the most frustrating experience. Many times I entered all the information for 4 people who only to have the airline websites time out, cancel my reservation or not be able to process my credit card or some other problem. I was ready to scream. (Really, I did scream.) Despegar made things much easier and faster and for the same price.

CLTRANSPARENCY PLEASE TRANSPARENCY PLEASE! Why hide extra fees, just include all, taxes, resort fees, etc. Do not make the user have to read all the fine print to find additional fees, easy as listing price, taxes, and additional resort fees, and finally indicate grand total.
