CLTRANSPARENCY PLEASE TRANSPARENCY PLEASE! Why hide extra fees, just include all, taxes, resort fees, etc. Do not make the user have to read all the fine print to find additional fees, easy as listing price, taxes, and additional resort fees, and finally indicate grand total.

THMelbourne to chiang mai in…very bad experiencie Melbourne to chiang mai in despegar.com, as always, and buy everything including the scales with the Qantas airline, in my second stop, in Bangkok, they changed me to a plane of a national airline, it was a very bad experience, it looked like model aircraft, old, without a good maintenance. And for preferring Qantas pay a lot more!!!

GBThey are thieves They are thieves. Would not change reservation as I had to cancel my flight because of a category 4 hurricane. I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me. If everything goes right, it may work, but once there is a problem, they gleefully take your money. STAY FAR AWAY11111111111

ECINCOMPETENT FOOLS Incompetent fools. I purchased a ticket with the special price for seniors/disabled. Ok, so upon purchase the pop up requires you to send documentation within 3 hours. (send either gov. ID (Cédula), gov. Disabled ID, or Passport if foreigner) I sent my gov. issued ID 10 minutes after purchase. The next day, a young lady called and sent an e-mail requesting documentation. I re-sent the cédula. Then, an e-mail came requesting documentation for someone other than me. I responded that this must be an error. Even later, the same young lady called, and even recognized my voice, which flustered her, and she continued to ask that I send my ID. (which I did....for the 3rd time). The next day, I received an e-mail stating that the reservation was not made due to lack of documentation. ok, I get it, Despegar. com is incompetent...I will purchase the ticket elsewhere, and never return.
