MXA breeze It was so nice to be able to use this service. I tried making airline flights directly with South American airline companies and it was the most frustrating experience. Many times I entered all the information for 4 people who only to have the airline websites time out, cancel my reservation or not be able to process my credit card or some other problem. I was ready to scream. (Really, I did scream.) Despegar made things much easier and faster and for the same price.

GBUSE THIS AGENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT TRUST SITE!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH. IF YOU MAKE A SINGLE MISTAKE ON THE RESERVATION, YOU PUT YOURSELF A RISK OF LOSING YOUR MONET.

MXWorst Flight Platform Impossible to change a flight through them. Impossible to speak to someone that does not answer like a robot. They couldn't change my flight because their platform wasn't working for a whole day. It literally couldn't receive online payments at the time and they had no other way for me to pay. In the end I couldn't take my flight and even as it was their fault I couldn't make the change they never offered me anything as a compensation.

GBThey are thieves They are thieves. Would not change reservation as I had to cancel my flight because of a category 4 hurricane. I had a flexible ticket from the airlines and could cancel up to the last day. They got their money back from the airlines when I cancelled, but refuse to give it to me. If everything goes right, it may work, but once there is a problem, they gleefully take your money. STAY FAR AWAY11111111111
