Best Western plus Best Western plus Suprise AZ 04/28/24- 04/30/24… Not only have I worked in the industry for over 20 years renovating hotels, because of that I have had to stay in many while working. This by far is not a new hotel but I will tell you, it was the cleanest, friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. For the price point you might expect far less. The room was clean, well appointed and not smelly in the least. The breakfast was edible, hot and well laid out. They have a noise policy that apparently works pretty well because in my three day stay I was not inconvenienced by a loud guest and the hotel was pretty well filled. Corridors were clean, etc. I could go on and on. I just this property and those who run it deserve a thank you for that these times they came through big time. You have my accolades and deserve them. A wonder four days at Best Western … We stayed for four days at Best Western Stephenville Inn located In Stephenville, TX. Everything was super clean and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good! Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone needing a room!

Don’t come to this hotel Everything was great until i went from a family outing to come back to my room and my card didn’t work I had to go back and back and they had to get a key to open like what? And there’s people running around banging on the doors and there people coming to the heated pool with ice and throwing it into water and there’s screaming and there’s trouble turning up or down the heat and no lifeguards are in the pool

Best at What? Best Western Clemson SC area. Room so contaminated opened windows, slept on short sofa. Staff could care less. Bed so painful, could not use. Best Western Provo Utah--- contaminants so thick on floor threw out my shoes. Asbestos? I was not feeling well with injured eye, horrible contamination.
