GBBest Western plus Best Western plus Suprise AZ 04/28/24- 04/30/24… Not only have I worked in the industry for over 20 years renovating hotels, because of that I have had to stay in many while working. This by far is not a new hotel but I will tell you, it was the cleanest, friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. For the price point you might expect far less. The room was clean, well appointed and not smelly in the least. The breakfast was edible, hot and well laid out. They have a noise policy that apparently works pretty well because in my three day stay I was not inconvenienced by a loud guest and the hotel was pretty well filled. Corridors were clean, etc. I could go on and on. I just this property and those who run it deserve a thank you for that these times they came through big time. You have my accolades and deserve them. GBBe Aware Smoking Fee Scam!!! Please people if you can, stay away from Best Western. Alot of smoking fee fraud happening and they will charge you for it days after you receive your final receipt. (With zero notification by them). You are forced to sign the smoking fee agreement otherwise you cannot stay there. I'm not a smoker nor do I smoke, and you get charged based on if the housekeeper or maid reports your room smelling like smoke which my room did not. Its hearsay with them and Best Western along with Best Western Corporate will NOT show you proof of their false accusations of a customer. BE AWARE please this place is a total SCAM. Best Western Ontario Airport CA.

GBI stayed at the Best Western in…Nashville, Tennessee. I stayed at the Best Western in Nashville, Tennessee March 3rd and 4th. Everything was OK until the bathroom. The toilet was very low, so low that I struggled to get up. Now, a high proportion of travelers are older, retired folks. So, a lower than normal toilet seemed crazy! In addition, on a low toilet, certain male parts get dunked, in toilet water full of urine and fecal matter! I approached the desk clerk and described the problem. He said he was aware of the problem, that many guests have complained. He added that the low toilets came with the building and they would be changed with the next renovation. A customer hygiene problem, known from the time the building was built, not to be addressed until the next renovation, seems like Best Western doesn’t care much about customer satisfaction.

GBBarking dogs in hotel room next to me… 3 separate hotel room guest contacted the front desk about room next to ours. The owners left two large barking dogs unattended for several hours. The dogs barked and clawed at the door relentlessly. The front desk clerk essentially blew us all off and did nothing to resolve the issue. Absolutely poor customer service and an unfortunate experience. I will never choose this hotel chain again. My husband and I normally stay at various best-western hotels 6-12 times per year. This experience changes everything about our relationship.

GBWonderful relaxing stay in Bar Hill… Wonderful relaxing stay in Bar Hill Cambridge. Great value two night break. Clean well appointed room. Excellent service from staff... warm quick and efficient. Super breakfast and marvellous dinner ..on both evenings. Delightful service from Chris and Karina. Well done! We will be back!
