Best Western plus Best Western plus Suprise AZ 04/28/24- 04/30/24… Not only have I worked in the industry for over 20 years renovating hotels, because of that I have had to stay in many while working. This by far is not a new hotel but I will tell you, it was the cleanest, friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. For the price point you might expect far less. The room was clean, well appointed and not smelly in the least. The breakfast was edible, hot and well laid out. They have a noise policy that apparently works pretty well because in my three day stay I was not inconvenienced by a loud guest and the hotel was pretty well filled. Corridors were clean, etc. I could go on and on. I just this property and those who run it deserve a thank you for that these times they came through big time. You have my accolades and deserve them. I stayed at the Best Western in…Nashville, Tennessee. I stayed at the Best Western in Nashville, Tennessee March 3rd and 4th. Everything was OK until the bathroom. The toilet was very low, so low that I struggled to get up. Now, a high proportion of travelers are older, retired folks. So, a lower than normal toilet seemed crazy! In addition, on a low toilet, certain male parts get dunked, in toilet water full of urine and fecal matter! I approached the desk clerk and described the problem. He said he was aware of the problem, that many guests have complained. He added that the low toilets came with the building and they would be changed with the next renovation. A customer hygiene problem, known from the time the building was built, not to be addressed until the next renovation, seems like Best Western doesn’t care much about customer satisfaction.

Terrible Experience Reserved a suite. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Front desk clerk had to find one. We had to sleep in a cold room because the heater didn't work. We were unable to use the telephone in room because it didn't work. The TV didn't work. On top of that unable to change rooms because there were none available. We only spent 1 night there. There was an apology but no refund. Hotel will be losing a loyal customer.

I didn’t know that Best Western… I’ve stayed at multiple Best Western Hotels up and down the east coast and in Phoenix. I can say that their hotels have been a great value and pretty unique. I did not know that each hotel is independent and not owned by a huge corporation, but instead individual small businesses that join Best Western as members not franchises. I got to know a couple owners in my travels and they all work extremely hard to operate their businesses. I really appreciate giving back to the little guy especially when our economy is struggling.

Sleepless in Montreal-Non-stop elevator sound day and night We stayed at the Best Western Montreal Hotel Europa in room 608 which was extremely noisy due to the elevators being right behind the wall. All day and night there was a loud humming sound. We complained the very first day and the person at the reception mentioned there were no other rooms available and they would apply a 10% discount for our stay there. We agreed and got some ear plugs. While checking out we saw that the 10% discount was only added to 1 days instead of 2 days. We we asked Phelris at the reception he was very rude and said he wont apply the discount to both days. We asked for the CAA discount which we forget to include while making the reservation and he said the discount is already part of the cost. We said we didnt provide the CAA information so how come it is part of the rate and he said that is how it is. What a rude person. We have stayed at Best Western in the past and this was a terrible and sleepless experience. Very upset about this whole stay.
