Best Western plus Best Western plus Suprise AZ 04/28/24- 04/30/24… Not only have I worked in the industry for over 20 years renovating hotels, because of that I have had to stay in many while working. This by far is not a new hotel but I will tell you, it was the cleanest, friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. For the price point you might expect far less. The room was clean, well appointed and not smelly in the least. The breakfast was edible, hot and well laid out. They have a noise policy that apparently works pretty well because in my three day stay I was not inconvenienced by a loud guest and the hotel was pretty well filled. Corridors were clean, etc. I could go on and on. I just this property and those who run it deserve a thank you for that these times they came through big time. You have my accolades and deserve them. Mosbrough hall hotel Mosbrough hall hotel, we went for out 25 wedding anniversary, id seen the photos on tnier facebook page so was supet exited! We were greeted and seated by "sam" he was really friendly,professional and happy. The food was delicious. We were served dessert by 'chef ryan" who was also really friendly and professional, he was also very knowledgeable about the dishes which was great they both helped make our anniversary meal fantastic. Such a lovely building and and grounds a great setting for such a fantastic restaurant and bar. I'd highly reccommend and next time we'er going to stay over. 5 star!!

Management of Rewards Points Sucks Liked: Best Western Plus motels rooms and breakfast Disliked: Best Western Rewards Program management. It is difficult to check status and rewards points totals are not given. I realize they have MBA's and possibly PhD's trying to minimize the points. I cannot see when points expire, or my total points. I just had a good experience with IHG Group (Hilton) rewards program and will favor them in the future. Staybridge Suites and Hotels.com is earning my business. I recently got 2 free nights! I quit using Marriott because they seemed to have closed most restaurants and rewards points policies are too one-sided.

Very bad experience. Very bad experience.. I am an employee of Sony and I had multiple times times booking here. But many times and tonight again I was given given dinner late and that too in a bad condition with seminar cooked naans and broken spoon. When I called the receptionist he refused to visit me .. I had to take the dinner to his area by myself and surender the whole dinner in front of him .. he didn't bothered to pay any attention to my greivenace. Worst experience.

I didn’t know that Best Western… I’ve stayed at multiple Best Western Hotels up and down the east coast and in Phoenix. I can say that their hotels have been a great value and pretty unique. I did not know that each hotel is independent and not owned by a huge corporation, but instead individual small businesses that join Best Western as members not franchises. I got to know a couple owners in my travels and they all work extremely hard to operate their businesses. I really appreciate giving back to the little guy especially when our economy is struggling.
