Offered £15 refund. Best western uninterested as individual hotels hold a franchise so they say they have no jurisdiction. Happy to provide photographic evidence Unfortunately best western don’t care, they abdicate any responsibility stating they have no control over individual hotels, why do they attach their name to these appalling places.

GBBarking dogs in hotel room next to me… 3 separate hotel room guest contacted the front desk about room next to ours. The owners left two large barking dogs unattended for several hours. The dogs barked and clawed at the door relentlessly. The front desk clerk essentially blew us all off and did nothing to resolve the issue. Absolutely poor customer service and an unfortunate experience. I will never choose this hotel chain again. My husband and I normally stay at various best-western hotels 6-12 times per year. This experience changes everything about our relationship.

GBBest Western plus Best Western plus Suprise AZ 04/28/24- 04/30/24… Not only have I worked in the industry for over 20 years renovating hotels, because of that I have had to stay in many while working. This by far is not a new hotel but I will tell you, it was the cleanest, friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. For the price point you might expect far less. The room was clean, well appointed and not smelly in the least. The breakfast was edible, hot and well laid out. They have a noise policy that apparently works pretty well because in my three day stay I was not inconvenienced by a loud guest and the hotel was pretty well filled. Corridors were clean, etc. I could go on and on. I just this property and those who run it deserve a thank you for that these times they came through big time. You have my accolades and deserve them. GBMosbrough hall hotel Mosbrough hall hotel, we went for out 25 wedding anniversary, id seen the photos on tnier facebook page so was supet exited! We were greeted and seated by "sam" he was really friendly,professional and happy. The food was delicious. We were served dessert by 'chef ryan" who was also really friendly and professional, he was also very knowledgeable about the dishes which was great they both helped make our anniversary meal fantastic. Such a lovely building and and grounds a great setting for such a fantastic restaurant and bar. I'd highly reccommend and next time we'er going to stay over. 5 star!!

CASleepless in Montreal-Non-stop elevator sound day and night We stayed at the Best Western Montreal Hotel Europa in room 608 which was extremely noisy due to the elevators being right behind the wall. All day and night there was a loud humming sound. We complained the very first day and the person at the reception mentioned there were no other rooms available and they would apply a 10% discount for our stay there. We agreed and got some ear plugs. While checking out we saw that the 10% discount was only added to 1 days instead of 2 days. We we asked Phelris at the reception he was very rude and said he wont apply the discount to both days. We asked for the CAA discount which we forget to include while making the reservation and he said the discount is already part of the cost. We said we didnt provide the CAA information so how come it is part of the rate and he said that is how it is. What a rude person. We have stayed at Best Western in the past and this was a terrible and sleepless experience. Very upset about this whole stay.
