Chico Facebook deal a scam! The REAL Chicos was scammed by a company from Hong Kong via Facebook ads in mid August into Sept. Orders were tracked , then supposedly delivered, often to a “courtyard”. My bank is handling an investigation and my $ was returned to my VISA acct’

Non-existing customer service. would call their customer service non… I would call their customer service non existent. I am a cancer patient and recently wanted to return, exchange or get a gift card for something that I had missed the return date for due to treatments. It was 4 days late. They told me that they no longer can take anything back even if it is 1 or 2 days late. The order is taken out of their system. I hope none of them ever get cancer and need a 1 time exception. Will never shop their again.

On Mar 6 they were at an origin facility in Winder, Georgia. The 7th it was a regional facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Next a post office in Marietta. On the 10th it was back at another facility in Atlanta. Next up Palmetto, Georgia. I called Chicos and was told two things. They couldn't do anything about it for 7-10 business days, but when I said I would call back on day 7 she changed her mind and said, no I needed to wait 10. She then told me it was my fault anyway, because I used "basic shipping". I should have paid extra if I wanted it in a timely manner. I called my local post office and they filed a concern with Palmetto. They didn't know where it was or when they'd find it. The post master here said he could send Chicos the paperwork saying it was lost. The second supervisor I talked with wasn't interested. They still needed to wait 10 business days, but unlike the previous Chicos' supervisor she said they did not include Saturdays as business days even though it is a business day for the post office. She was unwilling to do anything. One item I ordered is now sold out and the other looks like will be sold out before the 20th (which is TWO WEEKS after my order was placed) and the soonest they will begin looking into where my order is. I'm done with Chicos. They aren't worth this frustration!

I've sent 2 messages to the email address on my receipt inquiring about my order. No response of any kind. It's now over a month since I placed my order. I order regularly online and always got my orders promptly. Have I been scammed by Chico's?

What Happened to Chico's? Have been a big fan of Chico's for a while but the quality of their products is in steap decline. The workmanship is flawed and the materials are of poor quality and unfortunately their prices are no bargain. In the past, haven't minded paying a little more for the selection (for more mature women) and the quality but now I believe that I have purchased my last items from Chico's.
