Poor Quality Product, cotton material, tissue thin. I wrote a review on the Chico's website and because it was a one rating; they did not publish it. I purchased two tops from them and the material was extremely poor quality. They were cotton tops; the material was tissue thin and you could see through it when you held it up to the light. These tops were $39. For the price, this company should be very ashamed to be selling this level of quality products.

What Happened to Chico's? Have been a big fan of Chico's for a while but the quality of their products is in steap decline. The workmanship is flawed and the materials are of poor quality and unfortunately their prices are no bargain. In the past, haven't minded paying a little more for the selection (for more mature women) and the quality but now I believe that I have purchased my last items from Chico's.

Awful Online Customer Service I placed an order inside a store location for a needed size. I cannot track the order like the email tells me to. Customer service just sends me to USPS where I continually see that USPS is waiting for the order. I have no clue if I will ever receive this. Awful customer service

Non-existing customer service. would call their customer service non… I would call their customer service non existent. I am a cancer patient and recently wanted to return, exchange or get a gift card for something that I had missed the return date for due to treatments. It was 4 days late. They told me that they no longer can take anything back even if it is 1 or 2 days late. The order is taken out of their system. I hope none of them ever get cancer and need a 1 time exception. Will never shop their again.

It’s was sent by FedEx , when I track my order with FedEx they said that Chicos paid the economy rate for their delivery so I have not the right to open a vas . And costumer service at chicos said that they can’t be responsible for the delivery. So I had to dispute the transaction with my ban . Chicos is not a trustworthy company. Be aware!
