GBSupport was unable to assist me in… Support was unable to assist me in getting my money back from a hotel I never stayed in. Support yelled at me calling me a liar instead of believing me, so now I’ve spent weeks talking to the hotel myself with Mobytrip not only just not helping in the first place but actually making things worse the whole time. Hire people that can speak English and can follow directions in calling hotels.

GBI booked a hotel in Thomasville I booked a hotel in Thomasville, Georgia. To visit my sister that was in the hospital, it was Thomasville, Alabama. The hotel in Alabama was the only one that kept on popping up. That's when I realized at the hotel that I booked in the wrong city. When I called them they told me they would instantly give me a refund, They didn't want to help me.They kept on cutting me off.Saying I will get it and be patient. It's been a week. When I called today they completely blocked my number. I paid for 2 hotels in one night. As soon as you call, they seem very helpful.Then after that, they don't want to help you and it's very unfortunate.You put one city in state and and it keeps on directing to the wrong state. Whatever you do Get your hotel reservations from the actual Hotel. It was late at night and I was just trying to find a hotel room. It's a shame that they're still up and running.They're absolutely horrible don't use them!!!!

GBTired and weary traveler. I was traveling for 18 hours and tired I was traveling for 18 hours and tired. I booked a room at the hotel which I thought was for tonight. I immediately discovered it was for a week later, I cancelled the reservation and immediately it said no refund on cancellations. I was so tired i missed the date. I immediately reached out to Moby and a miss RM took the call. Through many tries she was able to get me a refund. The superior customer service, excellent response and thoroughness of miss RM is note worthy and commendable. In a time when so many never care or give any service RM was awesome. I give her 5 stars for the best service,attitude and abilities. Thank you so much!

GBI booked a hotel stay at Red Roof Inn I booked a hotel stay at Red Roof Inn through Mobytrip. While traveling to the motel, I had a traffic incident and called them to tell them I could not make the reservation and asked to put my money towards a motel in the area I was stranded in. RM, she called herself and also claimed she was a manager, told me they had a 24 hr cancellation policy and could not refund or transfer the cost of the motel. Totally unprofessional and unsympathetic to a customer's misfortune. Red Roof Inn pretty much said the same thing. It wasn't up to them to refund, it was the third party responsibility.

GBWe drove 2 days to Jacksonville Florida… We drove 2 days to Jacksonville Florida from Ohio in January. Had our hotel booked from the 4th to the 12th. When we got to the hotel, our reservation had been cancelled. We were told that since we didn't show up on the 2nd they had cancelled our room. We had to go to another hotel and shorten our trip because of their mistake in booking our hotel. I double checked & I did put in the 4th to the 12th. When I called them, they were very rude. I've been fighting them for 4 months. Do not use them. They are not professional at all.
