Tired and weary traveler. I was traveling for 18 hours and tired I was traveling for 18 hours and tired. I booked a room at the hotel which I thought was for tonight. I immediately discovered it was for a week later, I cancelled the reservation and immediately it said no refund on cancellations. I was so tired i missed the date. I immediately reached out to Moby and a miss RM took the call. Through many tries she was able to get me a refund. The superior customer service, excellent response and thoroughness of miss RM is note worthy and commendable. In a time when so many never care or give any service RM was awesome. I give her 5 stars for the best service,attitude and abilities. Thank you so much!

Hidden fees and scam Hidden fees and scam. You pay more going through them than directly through the hotel or maybe a more trustworthy booking company because they charge their own fees besides the hotel charging theirs. We didnt even end up staying in the hotel we booked after realizing we were paying way more than we originally thought , we went and looked for another hotel and now there’s no way to get our money back for that first hotel!

Third Party Scam I was misled thinking I confirmed an Airbnb stay and it rerouted to this third party that is a scam. The hotel had no confirmation of my stay at all. The room they scrambled to give us by (finally) 1am was not at all the room I was charged for. Due to the staff unaware of my stay and even providing all the email confirmation from this company did not lead me to the correct room booked nor having any information regarding the stay. Charged way above retail value for the incorrect accommodation that took well over two hours to handle.

Hidden fees After booking a non-refundable stay, I was then informed of a "mandatory" resort fee (which is normally optional for items like use of the fitness club and valet parking). It increased the price by 50%. Had they been upfront about this fee I would have chosen a different option. I feel like they are a dishonest service.
