USHidden fees After booking a non-refundable stay, I was then informed of a "mandatory" resort fee (which is normally optional for items like use of the fitness club and valet parking). It increased the price by 50%. Had they been upfront about this fee I would have chosen a different option. I feel like they are a dishonest service.

USFraudulent advertising Fraudulent advertising. Mobytrip shows a lower price than other hotel booking websites so I used it. But I was charged a resort fee at check in. Mobytrip never showed me that there is a resort fee during my entire booking process. Mobytrip falsely show a low price and hide the resort fee so that you will choose it but you will end up paying more than other legitimate website like Expedia.

USI booked a hotel stay at Red Roof Inn I booked a hotel stay at Red Roof Inn through Mobytrip. While traveling to the motel, I had a traffic incident and called them to tell them I could not make the reservation and asked to put my money towards a motel in the area I was stranded in. RM, she called herself and also claimed she was a manager, told me they had a 24 hr cancellation policy and could not refund or transfer the cost of the motel. Totally unprofessional and unsympathetic to a customer's misfortune. Red Roof Inn pretty much said the same thing. It wasn't up to them to refund, it was the third party responsibility.

USTired and weary traveler. I was traveling for 18 hours and tired I was traveling for 18 hours and tired. I booked a room at the hotel which I thought was for tonight. I immediately discovered it was for a week later, I cancelled the reservation and immediately it said no refund on cancellations. I was so tired i missed the date. I immediately reached out to Moby and a miss RM took the call. Through many tries she was able to get me a refund. The superior customer service, excellent response and thoroughness of miss RM is note worthy and commendable. In a time when so many never care or give any service RM was awesome. I give her 5 stars for the best service,attitude and abilities. Thank you so much!

USMobyTrip has an excellent support team I booked a stay and came down with Covid a couple of days before I was supposed to leave. RM with MobyTrip helped me navigate the process to ask for a refund with very little effort. The whole process was easy and their support team responded almost immediately!! I had my cancellation and refund processed in less than an hour!! I'll definitely be booking through MobyTrip again in the future. 5 stars!! *****
