GBI booked online motel I booked a motel online got their on the actual date and the motel was temporarily closed due to busted pipes.. I've called and waited for a response on a refund which they said was confirmed and it's 2 weeks later nothing has happened.. they blocked my number and took my money which is ridiculous.. can anyone assist me on my next procedure I should take this has been a stressful experience..

GBMobyTrip has an excellent support team I booked a stay and came down with Covid a couple of days before I was supposed to leave. RM with MobyTrip helped me navigate the process to ask for a refund with very little effort. The whole process was easy and their support team responded almost immediately!! I had my cancellation and refund processed in less than an hour!! I'll definitely be booking through MobyTrip again in the future. 5 stars!! *****

GBThey said my total was just 44.95 do I… They said my total was just 44.95 do I agree I accepted then after the fact it says I had pay additional 20.33 cents it said TOTAL DUE 44.95 it's a scam n they argued me down saying the hotel can cancel no they can't fix mobys mistake n that I simply can't get my money back I started ask for supervisor none is available these are scammers completly

GBWe drove 2 days to Jacksonville Florida… We drove 2 days to Jacksonville Florida from Ohio in January. Had our hotel booked from the 4th to the 12th. When we got to the hotel, our reservation had been cancelled. We were told that since we didn't show up on the 2nd they had cancelled our room. We had to go to another hotel and shorten our trip because of their mistake in booking our hotel. I double checked & I did put in the 4th to the 12th. When I called them, they were very rude. I've been fighting them for 4 months. Do not use them. They are not professional at all.

GBHidden fees and scam Hidden fees and scam. You pay more going through them than directly through the hotel or maybe a more trustworthy booking company because they charge their own fees besides the hotel charging theirs. We didnt even end up staying in the hotel we booked after realizing we were paying way more than we originally thought , we went and looked for another hotel and now there’s no way to get our money back for that first hotel!
