I booked a hotel in Thomasville I booked a hotel in Thomasville, Georgia. To visit my sister that was in the hospital, it was Thomasville, Alabama. The hotel in Alabama was the only one that kept on popping up. That's when I realized at the hotel that I booked in the wrong city. When I called them they told me they would instantly give me a refund, They didn't want to help me.They kept on cutting me off.Saying I will get it and be patient. It's been a week. When I called today they completely blocked my number. I paid for 2 hotels in one night. As soon as you call, they seem very helpful.Then after that, they don't want to help you and it's very unfortunate.You put one city in state and and it keeps on directing to the wrong state. Whatever you do Get your hotel reservations from the actual Hotel. It was late at night and I was just trying to find a hotel room. It's a shame that they're still up and running.They're absolutely horrible don't use them!!!!

Fraudulent advertising Fraudulent advertising. Mobytrip shows a lower price than other hotel booking websites so I used it. But I was charged a resort fee at check in. Mobytrip never showed me that there is a resort fee during my entire booking process. Mobytrip falsely show a low price and hide the resort fee so that you will choose it but you will end up paying more than other legitimate website like Expedia.

I booked online motel I booked a motel online got their on the actual date and the motel was temporarily closed due to busted pipes.. I've called and waited for a response on a refund which they said was confirmed and it's 2 weeks later nothing has happened.. they blocked my number and took my money which is ridiculous.. can anyone assist me on my next procedure I should take this has been a stressful experience..

Zero stars! Zero stars! 12 hours after booking our plans changed. NO REFUND!!! MobyTrip.com also lies! I definitely booked a refundable room. The hotel refunded the day that I booked directly through them. MobyTrip.com lies and scams.

Support was unable to assist me in… Support was unable to assist me in getting my money back from a hotel I never stayed in. Support yelled at me calling me a liar instead of believing me, so now I’ve spent weeks talking to the hotel myself with Mobytrip not only just not helping in the first place but actually making things worse the whole time. Hire people that can speak English and can follow directions in calling hotels.
