USDO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! I booked a condo in Orlando ONCE in 2018 and they have been calling me relentlessly ever since - FOR SIX YEARS. I’ve asked them repeatedly to lose my number and they continue to harass me. Pay a little more and book with literally anyone else. I’m at the point of changing my number because the calls will not stop. I feel like I have a stalker ex boyfriend that refuses to let go. WE ARE NEVER EVER EVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER!

USDiamond Resorts under a Hilton Grand… Diamond Resorts under a Hilton Grand Vacation flag is engaging in misleading and manipulative practices that have cost our family thousands of dollars. We anticipate we are not alone in this regard. We wrote to the President of the company for relief and have been met with nothing but emails with “convenient” ways to pay for what we don’t want. A product that is grossly overpriced and misrepresented. The “Transitions program” requires that you pay for the privilege of being released from future payments by paying off the contract in full. Well, we say, roll it back to the original contract, and be grateful for what we paid. Their entire structure is built around if it’s not working you must need MORE POINTS. If it is working, then you need MORE POINTS. Each time we balked at spending more money, the sales agents would sweeten the deal. At one point we mentioned how we wanted to take our girls to Hawaii, which we were told was easily doable. We were told that this vacation would only cost us points and absolutely no money out of our pockets. Later, when we attempted to book this trip, we discovered that we had to pay out of pocket for the flights–we were told this wouldn’t happen and that our points would cover flights and rental car. Since our trip to Hawaii, our youngest daughter–who had been battling an auto-immune disease–was also diagnosed with arthritis. This has put an immense financial and emotional strain on our family. We have repeatedly tried to contact Diamond to explain our hardship, but this has been impossible since the merger between Diamond and Hilton. Our family comes first, and we have been severely misled about the cost and benefits associated with our timeshare contract. This has become too much to bear for us and we are seeking a swift resolution in the form of our contract being terminated.

USNo empathy and very pathetic practice Purchased Dec 16th 2023, Fiancé passed away Jan 22 2024. These guys have harassed me timelessly. I went from a 2 household income to 1. The HOA was quoted at 972, but when the invoice came it was doubled. I called and was told it was a estimate. I can see an estimate being 20 to 30 dollars more, but not double. the interest is more than the cost. Run and run fast. don't even sign up for the discount weekend getaways. I blame Hilton primary. When you get a Amex card, you start getting the scams along with it. My fiancé was so sick during the presentation and they still hassled us to buy. 1 hour turned into 5. Now after my loss, they are calling asking for my fiancé even after I told them he passed away and submitted a death certificate. Shameful.
