BRWrong room I arrived at the hotel on 9th January, at 20h30. I had stayed at the hotel previously during the same week for two days, and my reaervation was for a party of three adults sharing a room with two king beds, with a view. On my arrival on 9th January, I was surprised to see that the room we would be staying only had one king bed. An extra bed had been placed, but it was only big enough for a child. After approximately two hours, after having complained fiercely ( the receptionist lied saying there were no rooms available to place us) we finally setteledn in in two separate rooms- my suggestion to minimize the problem, actually. The rooms had no view, although that was requested in the reservation previously made. I am deeply disappointed with the hotel and demand compensation for the inconvenience. GBRadisson Aquatica Resort - TERRIBLE Benita on reception is the most unwelcoming, rudest person I have ever met. Rooms were not ready for 2 hours had to wait til 8pm to check in. The attitude of Benita was disgusting. No eye contact, one word answers, complete disinterest in our group checking in. Even checking out she couldn’t even wish us well or smile! Hotel is also falling apart. Benita should be fired we will never visit Radisson again!!

GBRadisson in Goa March 2024 Radisson in Goa March 2024 The hotel in located close to Candolim beach but is a lovely oasis with staff that are really helpful and want your stay to be the best. I am a coeliac and the team, including the chef did all they could to accommodate my meal requests. I can honestly say they were fantastic. Thank you On a negative work is ongoing on renovation around them but again staff will help to address any concerns

GBCountry Inn and Suites by Radisson, Houston Intercontinental Airport East I booked and paid online and arrived at the hotel with my twin 12 year old girls. We arrived late as I requested after 10pm, we had just left a 75th birthday party nearby. When we walked into the lobby a large heavy set lady with scabs on her body and glasses? was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone we were told to come back because the system was down/updating I don’t remember exactly how she described it but she said she could not check us in for at least an hour or two!!! I was extremely upset and told her we would just drive back home an hour away….upon filing a complaint the hotel denied this ever happened and refused to refund me!!!!

GBOne of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at… One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in my whole existence. Major improvements need to be made from the management side through to the room divisions team. I will be contacting Head office with a detailed report of my experience, and outlining the serious failures being made which urgently need to be implemented. London Gatwick
