Wrong room I arrived at the hotel on 9th January, at 20h30. I had stayed at the hotel previously during the same week for two days, and my reaervation was for a party of three adults sharing a room with two king beds, with a view. On my arrival on 9th January, I was surprised to see that the room we would be staying only had one king bed. An extra bed had been placed, but it was only big enough for a child. After approximately two hours, after having complained fiercely ( the receptionist lied saying there were no rooms available to place us) we finally setteledn in in two separate rooms- my suggestion to minimize the problem, actually. The rooms had no view, although that was requested in the reservation previously made. I am deeply disappointed with the hotel and demand compensation for the inconvenience. Radisson Agra (India) Wow. What an amazing experience. The staff is so well trained, I will definitely be staying at The Radisson Agra again.

Radisson Aquatica Resort - TERRIBLE Benita on reception is the most unwelcoming, rudest person I have ever met. Rooms were not ready for 2 hours had to wait til 8pm to check in. The attitude of Benita was disgusting. No eye contact, one word answers, complete disinterest in our group checking in. Even checking out she couldn’t even wish us well or smile! Hotel is also falling apart. Benita should be fired we will never visit Radisson again!!

One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at… One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in my whole existence. Major improvements need to be made from the management side through to the room divisions team. I will be contacting Head office with a detailed report of my experience, and outlining the serious failures being made which urgently need to be implemented. London Gatwick

I've been waiting on my order since… I've been waiting on my order since January and it's now March..they lied about first order and said it would be expedited..that was not true..they have yet to refund my money
