GBTHIEVES… They can only be classified as THIEVES and that is why my lawyers will file a complaint. I make a reservation and without warning they decide to charge me immediately. When I ask for explanations they tell me that the reason is that they have applied discounts to me. Discounts that I have not requested or selected and that, therefore, must be collected immediately. They do not warn about this on the page.

GBRadisson is the worst hotel Radisson is the worst hotel and customer service experience I have had. The radisson Hotel and suites gdansk sold us a package with false advertising. We did not get the room or package we paid for. The manager agreed to a refund due to double booking our room for a formal. We received a fraction of a refund (a few pounds) when the hotel cost £250. This was insulting to get under £10 refund when a full refund was agreed. Have to go through the bank to get money back when dealing with the radisson. I wouldn't trust this company with your money. Make sure you see what you are paying for first.

IEThe noise is not worth it The noise is not worth it. It cost us just under 200 euro for one night and myself and my partner barely slept. Between the traffic outside and other people just walking by. There was no insulation. The room when we arrived was freezing and we tried to put the heating on, it wouldn't work. Then during the night it must have came on and it would not turn off. Worst sleep in a hotel. I would NEVER come back or recommend anyone to stay here.

GBNo where near 4+ rating - Poor Radisson Jass, Khajuraho, India; Quite frankly the 4+ rating by Titan travel for this hotel is laughable. Fortunately we only had to stay for one night as part of our Wild India tour. The lobby itself was immaculate - Then we entered our room - disappointment does not begin to cover it. The room was small to say the least - The ceiling had a large bulge & crack in it., but the worst part was the bathroom - The standard of maintenance carried out must have been done by Bodgeit & Scarper - The worst tiling & grouting I have ever seen. How on Earth this was rated 4+ is ludicrous

BRWrong room I arrived at the hotel on 9th January, at 20h30. I had stayed at the hotel previously during the same week for two days, and my reaervation was for a party of three adults sharing a room with two king beds, with a view. On my arrival on 9th January, I was surprised to see that the room we would be staying only had one king bed. An extra bed had been placed, but it was only big enough for a child. After approximately two hours, after having complained fiercely ( the receptionist lied saying there were no rooms available to place us) we finally setteledn in in two separate rooms- my suggestion to minimize the problem, actually. The rooms had no view, although that was requested in the reservation previously made. I am deeply disappointed with the hotel and demand compensation for the inconvenience.
