Anyone looking for a good hotel in York… Anyone looking for a good hotel in York you can’t do any better than the RADISSON just spent 3 lovely days there Spotless clean staff can’t do enough to make sure your stay comfortable over looking the river just 10 minutes away from train station Can highly recommend this Hotel

Double charged for restaurant visit We stayed with Radisson Red in London, Heathrow on the evening of 10th March, the whole experience was less than our expectations are for the Radisson brand. Focussing just on the restaurant, many of the dishes were not available to order and we were not told of this when seated and it was only when we placed our orders that we were informed that the particular offering was not available. When we left the restaurant we asked for the meal to be charged to our room and also showed the person our Radisson membership discount code. We then left to go to our room, after around 30 minutes when we were trying to relax a member of the Radisson restaurant team came to our door to take payment, and would not leave without payment. Once we paid, we then realised we had been overcharged. We went downstairs, and they apologised and said a mistake had been made and provided us with a voided receipt and charged us the correct amount. We were informed the transaction would be cancelled and refunded. After a week, no refund has been received , so we contacted radisson again and was assured that the refund would be with us. We are now over two weeks on, and still no refund. This is not the way I would have expected to have been treated by such a company, and I WILL NOT be using them in future.

Radisson Resort Baga Terrible Stay We have booked the 2 rooms in the Radisson Resort Baga in Goa for a night stay on 13th Jan 2024. It is a Terrible experience and need to know by the people. 1. Our check in time for the rooms is 3pm, but cou;ld not able to provide the rooms in time. After a long waiting only one room was allotted and surprisingly no information about the 2nd room. Refused to share the Manager's contact details and held up in troublesome situation. However, after a long discussion the rooms have been allotted 2. No curtesy extended by the staff in carrying the luggage to and from the room 3. Not taken any care in arranging the bath requirements and even not responded after complaining to the Reception.

The noise is not worth it The noise is not worth it. It cost us just under 200 euro for one night and myself and my partner barely slept. Between the traffic outside and other people just walking by. There was no insulation. The room when we arrived was freezing and we tried to put the heating on, it wouldn't work. Then during the night it must have came on and it would not turn off. Worst sleep in a hotel. I would NEVER come back or recommend anyone to stay here.

Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, Houston Intercontinental Airport East I booked and paid online and arrived at the hotel with my twin 12 year old girls. We arrived late as I requested after 10pm, we had just left a 75th birthday party nearby. When we walked into the lobby a large heavy set lady with scabs on her body and glasses? was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone we were told to come back because the system was down/updating I don’t remember exactly how she described it but she said she could not check us in for at least an hour or two!!! I was extremely upset and told her we would just drive back home an hour away….upon filing a complaint the hotel denied this ever happened and refused to refund me!!!!
