GBCountry Inn and Suites by Radisson, Houston Intercontinental Airport East I booked and paid online and arrived at the hotel with my twin 12 year old girls. We arrived late as I requested after 10pm, we had just left a 75th birthday party nearby. When we walked into the lobby a large heavy set lady with scabs on her body and glasses? was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone we were told to come back because the system was down/updating I don’t remember exactly how she described it but she said she could not check us in for at least an hour or two!!! I was extremely upset and told her we would just drive back home an hour away….upon filing a complaint the hotel denied this ever happened and refused to refund me!!!!

INRadisson Resort Baga Terrible Stay We have booked the 2 rooms in the Radisson Resort Baga in Goa for a night stay on 13th Jan 2024. It is a Terrible experience and need to know by the people. 1. Our check in time for the rooms is 3pm, but cou;ld not able to provide the rooms in time. After a long waiting only one room was allotted and surprisingly no information about the 2nd room. Refused to share the Manager's contact details and held up in troublesome situation. However, after a long discussion the rooms have been allotted 2. No curtesy extended by the staff in carrying the luggage to and from the room 3. Not taken any care in arranging the bath requirements and even not responded after complaining to the Reception.

GBRadisson Rewards is a joke. Radisson Rewards is a joke. They took 129000 reward points out of my VIP account for a reservation l was trying to modify/correct & won't return them. You can't even contact Radisdon Rewards Customer Service. If you do actually get to speak to a person in reservations it's just a continuous irritating loop of utter crap. Nobody listens and or they just talk over you. Radisson Rewards is a time waster that just makes you angry. Utter rubbish. Customer Service is zero.

GBOne of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at… One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in my whole existence. Major improvements need to be made from the management side through to the room divisions team. I will be contacting Head office with a detailed report of my experience, and outlining the serious failures being made which urgently need to be implemented. London Gatwick

GBradissonhotels.com is a terrible website radisson hotels is a terrible website. Difficult to navigate and does not offer all available brands when selecting dates for a location. Not a user-friendly website. I am a Radisson Rewards member but find the website that is too cluttered and limited hotel selection. Small feint fonts are difficult to read. When searching for a hotel near Florida, U.S., it returns 5 hotels situated 3,500 miles away. I am sure there are Radisson Group hotels in Florida, U.S.
