GBRadisson show NO loyalty to its customers - AVOID! Radisson's 'no notice' overnight devaluation of reward points in 2022 was unforgiveable. It resulted in loyal customers losing around 70% of their points value. When Radisson can do this, why would you choose to stay loyal to them? Also, Radisson's Customer Service is beyond dreadful, it's as if agents are being incentivised NOT to help you, it's so bizarre. Time for a takeover of this company!

GBRadisson Aquatica Resort - TERRIBLE Benita on reception is the most unwelcoming, rudest person I have ever met. Rooms were not ready for 2 hours had to wait til 8pm to check in. The attitude of Benita was disgusting. No eye contact, one word answers, complete disinterest in our group checking in. Even checking out she couldn’t even wish us well or smile! Hotel is also falling apart. Benita should be fired we will never visit Radisson again!!

GBRadisson Rewards is a joke. Radisson Rewards is a joke. They took 129000 reward points out of my VIP account for a reservation l was trying to modify/correct & won't return them. You can't even contact Radisdon Rewards Customer Service. If you do actually get to speak to a person in reservations it's just a continuous irritating loop of utter crap. Nobody listens and or they just talk over you. Radisson Rewards is a time waster that just makes you angry. Utter rubbish. Customer Service is zero.

PHDO NOT JOIN Radisson Rewards When you join Radisson Rewards, they cheat you out of points. You have to constantly monitor your points because they don't give them to you after your stay. Then, you have to email back and forth with them, giving them your dates of stay, membership number, and confirmation code, begging for your points. The last time this happened, they REFUSED to award my points. I removed the app from my phone and I will never stay at a Radisson again.
