USWe upgraded our Verizon plan and… We upgraded our Verizon plan and customer, without asking, service rep offered us 2 new iPhones in exchange for our current iPhones. We agreed to transaction, Verizon charged our credit card for the tax, but would not ship the new phones. They put the shipment on hold. Told us to go our nearest Verizon store and complete the deal. The Verizon store would not honor the deal. This is fraud. Still waiting for credit for the tax charge. Verizon customer for over 20 years. UPDATE, finally able to talk to a supervisor, who is honoring the original agreement and crediting us for the inconvenience.

USMy TV and internet have not been… My TV and internet have not been working correctly for over a month. I had done all the self testing and automated correct they require and it failed completely. I called 6x and they did the remote correction 5x ( which deleted all my favorites and all my program reminders). The techs came out 3x and that was unsuccessful. One call was good with the woman at support and billing. That call was good. The final call was to tech support AGAIN and got H1B Visa support and poor support at that. He did not listen to a thing I said and basically turned over the repair to me. He is shipping( at $10) cost to me a new router at $18/month which I have to switch out and move and cable boxes to new locations. Then box up old equipment and mail back to them or drive 30-40 minutes to Verizon store. Totally dissatisfied

USEasier to reach president Biden than a… Easier to reach president Biden than a customer service rep from Verizon .. prompts are useless ! Total waste of time that a problem could have been resolved in five minutes. Looking at different wireless carriers. I know the terrible service is by design.

USAvoid VERIZON if at all possible Unfortunately, I'm forced to deal with this company. They are the worst. I'm convinced that they actually train their employees to deceive and/or lie to their customers. I've had so many bad experiences with them that I've lost count. I don't trust ANYTHING I'm told and insist that they put everything in writing as a result of years of manipulation, deception and lies. Forget about getting any "help" out of them....you need to pay your bill every month WHETHER OR NOT you are actually getting the SERVICE you are paying for. If you even manage to get someone on the phone, they want you to troubleshoot and fix the problem yourself and too bad if you can't. The worst.
