GBWe upgraded our Verizon plan and… We upgraded our Verizon plan and customer, without asking, service rep offered us 2 new iPhones in exchange for our current iPhones. We agreed to transaction, Verizon charged our credit card for the tax, but would not ship the new phones. They put the shipment on hold. Told us to go our nearest Verizon store and complete the deal. The Verizon store would not honor the deal. This is fraud. Still waiting for credit for the tax charge. Verizon customer for over 20 years. UPDATE, finally able to talk to a supervisor, who is honoring the original agreement and crediting us for the inconvenience.

GBThe had a great recent experience with… The had a great recent experience with their customer service. I know sometimes it depends on who the person is helping you but they did their job and then some this time. I’m extremely happy.

GBNot willing to keep customer Their customer service reps are really not that smart. In one conversation I repeated myself 8 times before he understood my questions. Their Fios TV service are getting worse by the day. They charge 3 times the amount for the Digital Voice, which you can, if you shop around for, can get cheaper. Overall if you chose to cut cable, Verizon will not be able to negotiate with the customer.

GBVerizon Fios customer service … Two Thumbs Down Verizon Fios customer service (800-837-4966) is the WORST I have ever had to deal with. I am exhausted and upset after every call. WILL NOT be renewing my contract because of this.

GBGreat Service, but Expensive The reliability of Verizon's network is the best among some of the other wireless services providers I've been with, though their rates are much higher than what I was used to paying. My family plan with four lines (only two with data plans) runs me over $200/mo. for 1600 shared minutes. I guess I'm paying a premium for better service...
