same problem over and over When there is a problem it is almost impossible to TALK to someone...you have to deal with typing back and forth with someone who tries to help (and it can take a long time to get someone to help you in the first place). I have had Verizon for over a year and they still keep billing me for a phone number that isn't mine. I have been back and forth with them and they tell me it is fixed but future bills have the wrong phone number again. I came to Verizon thinking they would be better than Cox but I never had these continuing problems with them so I am probably going back to Cox when my contract with Verizon is finished. It's a pain in the neck to switch back but I think it's better than dealing with Verizon month after month trying to fix the same problem.

Easier to reach president Biden than a… Easier to reach president Biden than a customer service rep from Verizon .. prompts are useless ! Total waste of time that a problem could have been resolved in five minutes. Looking at different wireless carriers. I know the terrible service is by design.

frustrated customer service seems to have forgotten those two very words: customer and service. website is a joke any time there is an issue in my account and don't bother trying the service dept via phone unless you have an hour or so to waste. online chat service is better but always seems to take way too long, 30-45 min, to solve simple issues.

I called and asked to extend my payment… I called and asked to extend my payment for 2 days and the agent processed my payment anyways WITHOUT my consent and bounced my checking account. I talked to a supervisor who reversed the payment but in the mean time it is still not back in my bank and I will now have not 1 but 2 bounced fees!!! I am beyond upset!

The had a great recent experience with… The had a great recent experience with their customer service. I know sometimes it depends on who the person is helping you but they did their job and then some this time. I’m extremely happy.
