GBIf I could give zero stars If I could give zero stars, I would. Verizon service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Two mi-fi devices; one frozen, the other will not stay connected to internet. I still need to pay $280 to disconnect. Rip off! After many years with Verizon, I’m done. The tech at my local Verizon store flat out lied to me regarding ability to disconnect, while never recommending options. “Loyalty team” is a joke.

GBsame problem over and over When there is a problem it is almost impossible to TALK to someone...you have to deal with typing back and forth with someone who tries to help (and it can take a long time to get someone to help you in the first place). I have had Verizon for over a year and they still keep billing me for a phone number that isn't mine. I have been back and forth with them and they tell me it is fixed but future bills have the wrong phone number again. I came to Verizon thinking they would be better than Cox but I never had these continuing problems with them so I am probably going back to Cox when my contract with Verizon is finished. It's a pain in the neck to switch back but I think it's better than dealing with Verizon month after month trying to fix the same problem.

GBfrustrated customer service seems to have forgotten those two very words: customer and service. website is a joke any time there is an issue in my account and don't bother trying the service dept via phone unless you have an hour or so to waste. online chat service is better but always seems to take way too long, 30-45 min, to solve simple issues.

GBThis company has gotten so big that it… This company has gotten so big that it has definitely lost touch with its customers. It takes a really long time and too many transfers to get anything started and nothing done. Avoid at all cost!! All my online orders were sent to the incorrect address even though I confirm and double confirm before submitting my information. It still ends up going somewhere else. Definitely a tech issue with how the information is being processed.

GBWe upgraded our Verizon plan and… We upgraded our Verizon plan and customer, without asking, service rep offered us 2 new iPhones in exchange for our current iPhones. We agreed to transaction, Verizon charged our credit card for the tax, but would not ship the new phones. They put the shipment on hold. Told us to go our nearest Verizon store and complete the deal. The Verizon store would not honor the deal. This is fraud. Still waiting for credit for the tax charge. Verizon customer for over 20 years. UPDATE, finally able to talk to a supervisor, who is honoring the original agreement and crediting us for the inconvenience.
