GBI called and asked to extend my payment… I called and asked to extend my payment for 2 days and the agent processed my payment anyways WITHOUT my consent and bounced my checking account. I talked to a supervisor who reversed the payment but in the mean time it is still not back in my bank and I will now have not 1 but 2 bounced fees!!! I am beyond upset!

GBDON"T AGREE TO AUTOMATIC PAYMENTSw/ VERIZON!! They won't cut service when they get automatic payments!! Tried to drop Verizon service for DEAD relative.15 phone calls, a PIN change, and ONE MONTH LATER they disconnected! I had to say TEN TIMES "She's DEAD" & "NO I DON"T WANT her phone service!" DON"T AGREE TO AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS! Or you might wind up paying for an EXTRA MONTH OF SERVICE!!

GBI recently (in September 2019) signed… I recently (in September 2019) signed up for Verizon's new prepaid phone plan which included 16 GB of high speed data. I live in Provo, Utah, near Salt Lake city, so I assumed I wouldn't have an issue with getting fast data. The data plan is supposed to give you 4G LTE data if the network is not congested. However, after my first day of service, the network must have always been congested because I never once (not a single time) had 4G LTE data. Most of the time my data was 3G (not even 4G), and sometimes it was even 1-2G. It was very very slow. After a month of service I cancelled and switched to Cricket. If you want a good phone provider, that is not only a little cheaper but that almost always also gives you 4G LTE data (I don't think I've ever not had 4G LTE data yet with them), then check out Cricket. It's a really good service.

GBsame problem over and over When there is a problem it is almost impossible to TALK to someone...you have to deal with typing back and forth with someone who tries to help (and it can take a long time to get someone to help you in the first place). I have had Verizon for over a year and they still keep billing me for a phone number that isn't mine. I have been back and forth with them and they tell me it is fixed but future bills have the wrong phone number again. I came to Verizon thinking they would be better than Cox but I never had these continuing problems with them so I am probably going back to Cox when my contract with Verizon is finished. It's a pain in the neck to switch back but I think it's better than dealing with Verizon month after month trying to fix the same problem.

GBMy TV and internet have not been… My TV and internet have not been working correctly for over a month. I had done all the self testing and automated correct they require and it failed completely. I called 6x and they did the remote correction 5x ( which deleted all my favorites and all my program reminders). The techs came out 3x and that was unsuccessful. One call was good with the woman at support and billing. That call was good. The final call was to tech support AGAIN and got H1B Visa support and poor support at that. He did not listen to a thing I said and basically turned over the repair to me. He is shipping( at $10) cost to me a new router at $18/month which I have to switch out and move and cable boxes to new locations. Then box up old equipment and mail back to them or drive 30-40 minutes to Verizon store. Totally dissatisfied
