USfrustrated customer service seems to have forgotten those two very words: customer and service. website is a joke any time there is an issue in my account and don't bother trying the service dept via phone unless you have an hour or so to waste. online chat service is better but always seems to take way too long, 30-45 min, to solve simple issues.

USNot willing to keep customer Their customer service reps are really not that smart. In one conversation I repeated myself 8 times before he understood my questions. Their Fios TV service are getting worse by the day. They charge 3 times the amount for the Digital Voice, which you can, if you shop around for, can get cheaper. Overall if you chose to cut cable, Verizon will not be able to negotiate with the customer.

USNull and Void My cell phone bill is higher than a car note. Verizon doesnt care. Their concer is making money. Client opinions are null and void. When my contract expires Verizon will be null and void.

USGreat Service, but Expensive The reliability of Verizon's network is the best among some of the other wireless services providers I've been with, though their rates are much higher than what I was used to paying. My family plan with four lines (only two with data plans) runs me over $200/mo. for 1600 shared minutes. I guess I'm paying a premium for better service...

USGood Excellent service and flexibility in plans offered. Stores do not always know about sales programs offered online and seemingly can not match online offers. Frustratring.
