Scam Horrible! You do not exist, you are a scam. We attempted to change our reservations, following your directions completely. You never got back to us. We called our hotel on the day we were to arrive and our reservation did not exist. Calls were never answered. Emails never answered. We were able to get a refund from the airline, but you stole over $1100.

We have tried for over 4 months to… We have tried for over 4 months to contact lovevacations to find out about our cancelled trip to Hawaii without success. lovevacations cancelled our trip (due to Covid which is understandable), received the funds back from the hotel and haven't contacted us regarding how we can use those funds for future travel. And, there is no way to email, call or chat with lovevacations online. They have literally disappeared with our money. We have issued a fraud complaint with our credit card company.

This is a scam! This is a scam!! We booked a week vacation in Mexico and couldn't go due to the Covid pandemic. They had on the website that they would give refunds if you wasn't aloud to travel due to covid but the said our vacation was non refundable. My husband called the resort and they didn't have a booking for us! Don't use this vacation site unless you want to loose your money.

Stay away from them at all costs Stay away from them at all costs. They take your money and then you’ll never hear from them again. There’s no way to speak with them only a messaging system. I’ve sent 10+ messages over 2 months and yet to get a response. I tested positive for Covid days before our trip and despite the hotel telling me their will be no cancellation charge on their end , Lovevacations took our money with no option to reschedule or anything. $700 wasted. Thanks Lovevacations!
