GBEverything ended up very well Everything ended up very well. All reservations worked perfectly ! The only thing we think could have been better is that our reservation was for one hotel that was actually closed, but they moved us to another of the same level from the same chain of hotels, but nobody told us that before hand so we were in the dark as of where were we going to stay. When we tried to reach out to Love Vacations, they sent a text saying that everything was OK but they never explained how the situation was going to be solved. Fortunately, the guys from the transportation to the hotel new that guests from the first hotel were being taken in the other hotel.

GBauto generated emails :( We had only auto generated emails to guide us through the process, they were not using live operators. Our flights were changed via email but never confirmed, and our itinerary was never updated on the manage booking page. That is also another downside, having to request access every time via email to check any info. We loved our hotel but next time we'll skip the middle man.

GBWasted my money! I called the hotel, left messages and emails to make sure that my trip could be executed. I even tried to contact Lovevacations via phone and the chat and I got NO response from anyone. I did not go on my trip and I did not get a refund nor a notification about any type of accommodations or credits I could possibly receive. The contact was HORRIBLE!! You cannot blame this entirely on Covid-19.

GBLove vacations still owes me over $1000… Love vacations still owes me over $1000 and they still are not taking calls. They say to use their online chat but that’s not actually functioning either. I continue to understand that my refund will take time due to Covid but with no way to contact someone from the company it seems I am unsure if I’ll ever see the rest of my refund.

GBWe have tried for over 4 months to… We have tried for over 4 months to contact lovevacations to find out about our cancelled trip to Hawaii without success. lovevacations cancelled our trip (due to Covid which is understandable), received the funds back from the hotel and haven't contacted us regarding how we can use those funds for future travel. And, there is no way to email, call or chat with lovevacations online. They have literally disappeared with our money. We have issued a fraud complaint with our credit card company.
