GBUsing them again..... I’m not sure why there have been any negative reviews. Everything was great using Lovevacations. I’ve booked another trip through them for October 2020 and my husbands 50th birthday. Hopefully it will go just as seamlessly and as expected!

GBUnfortunately we had to cancel our trip… Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to Covid, and we were within the cancellation window and we had to fight to get our money back. This company would not respond to emails and is impossible to get a hold of. Still in the process of trying to get our money back after a month! Sadly would not suggest this company if there is a chance that you might need to adjust or cancel plans.

GBStay away from them at all costs Stay away from them at all costs. They take your money and then you’ll never hear from them again. There’s no way to speak with them only a messaging system. I’ve sent 10+ messages over 2 months and yet to get a response. I tested positive for Covid days before our trip and despite the hotel telling me their will be no cancellation charge on their end , Lovevacations took our money with no option to reschedule or anything. $700 wasted. Thanks Lovevacations!

GBWe never got an email confirmation. We never got an email confirmation number and we have been trying to contact Lovevacations for over 5 days to cancel the booking. But can't log in without an confirmation number. All we have is a quote reference # 5532950KALS4DFDGT. So if you can find our reservation buy this number, Please cancel it. GBauto generated emails :( We had only auto generated emails to guide us through the process, they were not using live operators. Our flights were changed via email but never confirmed, and our itinerary was never updated on the manage booking page. That is also another downside, having to request access every time via email to check any info. We loved our hotel but next time we'll skip the middle man.
