Love vacations still owes me over $1000… Love vacations still owes me over $1000 and they still are not taking calls. They say to use their online chat but that’s not actually functioning either. I continue to understand that my refund will take time due to Covid but with no way to contact someone from the company it seems I am unsure if I’ll ever see the rest of my refund.

Stay away from them at all costs Stay away from them at all costs. They take your money and then you’ll never hear from them again. There’s no way to speak with them only a messaging system. I’ve sent 10+ messages over 2 months and yet to get a response. I tested positive for Covid days before our trip and despite the hotel telling me their will be no cancellation charge on their end , Lovevacations took our money with no option to reschedule or anything. $700 wasted. This is a scam! This is a scam!! We booked a week vacation in Mexico and couldn't go due to the Covid pandemic. They had on the website that they would give refunds if you wasn't aloud to travel due to covid but the said our vacation was non refundable. My husband called the resort and they didn't have a booking for us! Don't use this vacation site unless you want to loose your money.

We never got an email confirmation. We never got an email confirmation number and we have been trying to contact Lovevacations for over 5 days to cancel the booking. But can't log in without an confirmation number. All we have is a quote reference # 5532950KALS4DFDGT. So if you can find our reservation buy this number, Please cancel it.
