GBI booked a trip a couple weeks before… I booked a trip a couple weeks before 4th of July to another state. The city implemented a curfew and closed businesses. Needless to say I never went on the trip because it was affected by COVID. According to the policy of lovevacations, I was supposed to be contacted to make future arrangements. I have not been contacted yet. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone at customer service. Guess its a loss.

GBThe Crown Plaza Memphis had bed bugs… The Crown Plaza Memphis had bed bugs and algae in the pool. In addition to this, upon checking in they asked for my credit card for incidentals (after I had already prepaid via a third party travel booking site.) They then proceeded to charge me $50 extra in incidentals and for another night. In total, I stayed 1 bed bug filled night and was charged for 3 nights, plus $50. Run! Do not stay here unless you enjoy what we went through.

GBLove vacations still owes me over $1000… Love vacations still owes me over $1000 and they still are not taking calls. They say to use their online chat but that’s not actually functioning either. I continue to understand that my refund will take time due to Covid but with no way to contact someone from the company it seems I am unsure if I’ll ever see the rest of my refund.

GBComplete joke of a company This travel agency is a complete scam. They are unprofessional and non-responsive to any issues or requests you may have. They will take your money and disappear. They are based out of England so there's little you can do to get in contact with them after booking. Customer service and live chat are always non-functional. You've been warned. Stay far away!

GBEverything ended up very well Everything ended up very well. All reservations worked perfectly ! The only thing we think could have been better is that our reservation was for one hotel that was actually closed, but they moved us to another of the same level from the same chain of hotels, but nobody told us that before hand so we were in the dark as of where were we going to stay. When we tried to reach out to Love Vacations, they sent a text saying that everything was OK but they never explained how the situation was going to be solved. Fortunately, the guys from the transportation to the hotel new that guests from the first hotel were being taken in the other hotel.
